After my washing machine broke I needed a replacement immediately. It was proving impossible to buy one and take it home on the same day from major retailers. Then I came across Staffs appliance centre, great service, great choice of products and great prices, will definitely be my go to in the future . Thank you Staffs appliance centre.😁

The process of purchasing went well, but didn’t realise until I opened the box of extractor fan that it was damaged and that it was sold as damaged. I didn’t notice at any point that was the case. There should be a check prior to sale to ensure customers are aware that te product is damaged.

Quick to take money from you, poor after sales.
My elderly father purchased a washing machine at the end of last year, the machine didn't appear to be fully emptying at times, with odd dregs of water remaining at the bottom of the drum, however got to the point around a week ago where if you ran the kitchen tap the water would fill the washing machine straight up.
Went in to speak to them and was sent away with a contact number for the manufacturer.
The manufacturer were fantastic, sent out an engineer the following morning and it turns out the waste pipe was poorly fitted so not draining properly and was gradually getting worse - a waste pipe that SAC fitted... When on the phone with the manufacturer my father was informed that if the problem was not with the washing machine, the call out/work would be £180, thankfully, despite it not being a washing machine fault the engineer after discussing with the manufacturer decided that £180 was quite unacceptable for a mistake made by those providing installation.
In short, this company almost cost my father almost £200 for lack of basic after sales customer service. Would not use this place again if it was the last appliance shop in Staffordshire.

Fabulous price and item in stock. Great communication - 5 stars for that!. Very helpful. Only reason 4 stars is because courier wouldn't help put the very large and heavy item in the front door.

Excellent service from ringing for advice though to delivery.

There was a problem with the original oven we ordered and, prior to delivery, we were given the opportunity to choose another, which we did. The refund was effectively processed and delivery was quick and easy.
