We organised Fire Warden Training for some of our members of staff. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive from all staff. The training was both informative, engaging and highlighted important areas for us to address.

From initial contact to request training through to delivery standards have been high. Communications and planning robust. The team who received the training found the trainer informative with excellent knowledge and very professional throughout.

We recently booked a fire training course with 1st Attendance for our staff and were extremely impressed with the quality of the training provided. Colin (the instructor) was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the course interactive and engaging from start to finish.

The training was delivered professionally and gave our team much more confidence in handling fire safety procedures and emergency situations. Everything was clearly explained, and the practical guidance was especially valuable.

This is the second time we have used 1st Attendance training and I was equally as impressed as the first. The feedback from the team was also very positive which was also great to hear. Matt Popham delivered the training with an engaging flair, with personality but also made it clear our responsibilities and expectations. Being given the opportunity to use the fire extinguisher to extinguish a controlled fire was also very helpful. There are many aspects of the training which crosses over to our personal lives too and valuable information. Well done Team and thankyou Matt.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The training is straightforward and easy to follow.

The trainer, Paul, was excellent right amount of consideration of the seriousness of the subject with keeping the trainees engaged. Practical was good, even though I am nearly 60 and had fire training previously, I had never used an extinguisher before, hopefully will never have to again but prepared if so. Handy extinguisher guide hand out as a plastic, credit type card useful too.

We had an excellent experience with the Fire Marshal training delivered by Colin. The session was engaging, informative, and really well delivered — the team genuinely enjoyed it and took a lot away. We also previously completed first aid training with Colin, which was equally valuable. Highly recommend both the trainer and the company.
