The item arrived with no charger. I had difficulty finding one that would work in it. You plug it in and it didn't connect to charge. I managed to charge it in my car once. The LED screen is also faulty and the numbers do not show correctly. The product is great as a heat pack for period cramps when it works.
Customer service is non existent. I have sent multiple emails over the past month, tried to send a message to their Facebook and Instagram accounts with no response. They are very happy to take your money, but not to rectify an issue should one arise. Which is a shame, because the product has potential if they had an even an ounce of customer service for faults.

It broke only after a couple months, i left a review and the company replied back saying that they have 12 month warranty and gave me their email. Once reaching out I never heard anything back so I sent a second one and nothing happened. Really disappointed ☹️

I honestly think that the Staci pulse is the best thing that has ever happened for my period pain. I use it on my lower back even when im not on my period and it feels amazinggggg.

Absolutely terrible company for communication. I have made comments on their Facebook posts which are quickly removed. If only they were this efficient in replying to their customers. Product is very noisy on massage mode and doesn’t heat up that well. A heat pack is better in mine and my daughter’s opinion.

Terrible product. Took over a month to arrive and when tried it hardly heats up! For women who suffer from chronic pain you would think it would help but does absolutely nothing, better off using a heat pack and not wasting over $100 on something not useful

Purchased one for my fiancé and she loves it! Definitely recommend! Communication and whole process was efficient.

I'm honestly quite disappointed with Staci. After hearing decent reviews and taking note of their 45day return policy with a "responses within 24 hours" statement in their website, I felt confident in trying the product.
Unfortunately, it does not work for me. It does not get very hot and sadly, the massage is barely more than a rather loud whirring with a turning motor. Definitely not discrete for every day wear as advertised.

I have now reached out THREE times for a return and refund with zero response from the company. Definitely not "24 hour" response as it has been over a month at this point, I fear they are waiting for the 45day return window to expire and make my refund invalid.
I am now $130 out of pocket for a device that will just collect dust.
Please answer your emails and at the very least, have a better form of contact for customer concerns.

EDIT: Staci got in contact with me and issued a refund for the product. This product may not help my pain but it may but it may help others with less severe pain.

Very noisy and not suitable for me as I'm sensitive to noise. Not warm enough. They also don't respond to emails regarding returns. What a scam.

If I could give this product and this company minus stars I would. I brought the Staci device for my teenager who has bad period pain as well as sensory issues. When it arrived we found it was very very noisy when massaging and neither my daughter nor I liked it at all. As well as that, it did not seem to heat enough. Giving it the benefit of the doubt, we took turns to try it twice each. We hate it.
I emailed the company as per the instructions on the website and I got no response. I sent a follow up email 6 days later and still got no response. I then sent a message through messenger and still got no response. 4 days later I then received and email offering 20% off. I replied that I didn't want 20% off but would like my earlier email answered and a refund since I was well within the 45 days that the website states. I then received an email reply asking for more details. I replied the same day only to never heard from them again. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Terrible customer service. They don’t answer emails. I have been trying to get a refund for 4 weeks now. The product was deliver for more than a week ago and they haven’t confirmed or process the refund. The product is average and was too noisy

I love my Staci, It has become a staple of my period care kit and is a must for any woman!

Bought this for the misses a couple of months ago and ever since she’s been thanking me so much for it, I am not too sure on the details but she is very pleased with it

I bought this as a way for me to have a heat pad to wear whenever I’m out and about as I have stage 3-4 endometriosis and am always in a flare lately, and my god do I love it, especially the massage feature. I wish I knew about this sooner!

My boyfriend bought the period pack for me knowing I suffer a great deal at the time of the month. The product isn't worth a dime, it looks nice but hardly heats up, simply just a gimmick; I'm better off with a simple heat pack. Need less to say we returned it straight away.

I have now had my Staci unit for 3 months now and I'm happy to report that I have seen a considerable difference in my periods.

The heat really helps with cramps and pains and the massage is really relaxing.

Battey life is good and lasts pretty much as long as you need it.

I have recommended the staci to some of my friends at work and they also have found it beneficial.

Having endometriosis and pcos as well as horrible period pains, I brought this and this thing has helped me so much, I take it everywhere I go even if it’s for a small trip.

The massage setting has got to be my favourite part about it as it gives you the relief from the heat and pressure from the massage

Purchased this for my girlfriend last week and she has been absolutely loving it. Her pain has just vanished and she seems so much happier. Unbelievable 10/10.
