My wife recently had to get off medication due to numerous side effects, so after countless hours of researching I stumbled my way across this product and although originally sceptical she has been thanking me for it non stop ever since. Amazing product works as advertised and the customer service was amazing they answered all my questions promptly. Can’t recommend enough.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this product is one of a kind.

I have coeliac disease and the staci has worked wonders for my bloating/abdominal discomfort. Would recommend.

Got it for my girlfriend for our anniversary and she adores it. Definitely recommend to all the lads out there

Absolutely LOVE this product.
I have Endometriosis, PCOS and fibroids and have recently had to quit my job due to pain and ongoing hospital visits.

This precious little device helps me so much. Instead of waiting for the heat pack to warm up in the microwave, I just pop this beauty on and it warms up pretty quickly.

The massager option is amazing on the back, however I personally don't use it much.

I'm obsessed with the heating and how quickly my pain eases just from using my Staci.

I've use TENS machines and they don't help. I've had surgery and that didn't help. I'm on pain killers now, but my Staci is my baby and I'd truly be lost without her. She goes literally everywhere I go.

Cannot recommend her enough!!!!

As a women who suffers from server PCOS and endometriosis, this has been a life saver for me. My partner brought me the Staci to see if it will help with my pelvic pain and server period pains, the only relief I’ve been able to have since buying the Staci is from medication. Since buying the Staci I haven’t had to use the medication which has overall made my health much better! I couldn’t recommend this enough!

Updating my 1 star review to 4 after the lovely service I received from a customer service rep, Jordan. After chasing a refund for over 45 days and no response from them, I finally received my refund. The delay was due to typical start up company pains such as staffing over the holiday season.

I didn’t expect to receive a follow up phone call from the company to check in and get feedback from me about my experience so they can improve their processes and services, with hopes of winning back my business. Thank you for putting in the effort to apologize for the service and for explaining the future plans to optimize your customer service. Many companies would not take the time to do this. There may be hope for this start up company!

I placed my order on Tuesday night (as i had just gotten my period earlier in the day) and i was in painnnnn. To my surprise, around 4pm the next day i get a knock on the door and my staci was delivered!

The unboxing was so clean and cool but i couldnt wait..i needed the staci.

I could literally feel the cramps easing and the pain leaving my body within a few minutes.

I kept it on the entire day and for the first time in my life i didnt have to run to the medicine draw just to be able to leave the house.

Will be recommending the staci to all my friends/family!!

Scam company....device doesn't function..shipping was delayed with no communication. Do not buy.

My husband brought this for me as a Christmas gift and unfortunately was really disappointed. Attempted contact on instagram and an email was sent over 3 weeks ago to obtain a returns address to send it back for a refund, and we have heard NOTHING. My guess is that we are now past their "45 day" returns and will not be eligible for the refund. Don't waste your time and money!!

Same as all other bad reviews. Was ordered for me as a Christmas gift 2023 and didn’t heat, didn’t massage. It’s a total gimmick from a scam company. Initially sent a email and they told me to send it back to an address and once looked over they’ll give me a refund. 10 emails of me talking to myself because they don’t reply and about 3 weeks later I still have NOTHING. So no product and no refund. The girl Natalie that always responds to reviews, clearly a bot and not to mention their Instagram has 300 followers and only goes back to mid 2023. Obviously scam company. Unfortunately my mum didn’t know any better. So f**king pathetic.

******Refund done after months finally and calling my mum multiple times to tell me to change my review that they arent scammers. They might not be but the heating pad is.

I bought the staci companion in november but really wanted to test it out before leaving a review.

The device works really well and is super comfortable to use.

I leave it on the heat setting and wear it under a jumper when going to the shops or heading out and it feels great.

My primary concern would be how it feels against my skin but I was pleasantly surprised that it has this really nice material which feels super soft on the skin and causes 0 irritation!

Overall i'd say i definitely recommend Staci to others and i already have done!

From March 7/03/2024 a new customer care representative; Jordan. Contacted me about a refund... They have started the process now. Very happy to have a refund and better service.

I'd like to see a responsive contact number and the return address put on the website. Other wise, Staci seems to be getting better 🥰

Will not reply to emails, no contact number - seemed like a scam.

I've sent a number of emails/chats and none of them are going anywhere.
I return the product as It didn't heat at all. I've sent it back way before the the time giving for trial and still waiting for a refund.

I was disspointed with this product. It's not very hot, poor battery life, and doesn't charge with any other cables except the one it came with. (edit: the massage feature is also very soft)

I attempted to initiate a return since it has a 45 day return policy. Emailed their return email twice and got no reply. Had to email their other email to get a reply. The product has been sitting in their postal locker for 8 days and I have not heard from them despite emailing them 3 times.

EDIT: i have since recived a refund and was asked if i could delete my review, and then asked if i could delete/edit the review 2 more times. customer service emailed me and told me that the parcel sitting in the postal locker was a glitch on AusPosts end, and they had actually picked it up. However, i never had any communication from them after sending the product and them picking it up (despite emailing them saying that the tracking number says it was awaiting collection). If i recall correctly it was only after i wrote this review that they began emailing me, and they offered me 40$ off my next order.

Addtionally, i requested that they cover the return postage as the product seemed faulty. This was because the USB-C cable it came with was the only thing that charged the product, and no other USB-c cables that i owned (and work) would charge it. This was inconvient because their charging cable was short (and its annoying to hold onto another cable). however this email was completly ignored, even though it was in the email thread that they replied to.

Modification of complaint after Staci contacted me :

Ordered a Splendour Facemask - had been sitting in order status since October 28 with no update. Sent an email to the info email address - no response.

Sent another email and was thinking this wasn’t a legit business.

The owner of Staci emailed me directly and had apologised that for some reason my email had been directed to a spam folder and picked up later - also some sort of issue with the naming of the address.

The owner assures me that it’s all been resolved and apologised - offered a refund too, however I’ve just asked to have the order completed and to ship to my address as per my earlier order.

Now all resolved and happy again.
