I ordered an Canon G7 X Mark II and it came when it was supposed to, brand new. I bought almost a month ago.

Got around to using my camera after 6 months of purchase and the memory card reader was dead. Nikon wont touch it as SSE is not an authorized retailer. Cameras are not US models. SSE refused to service it.

Thanks for the quick shipment!

SSE Photo and Video had the item I wanted at a great price. They were very helpful when I called to place my order.
I ordered an Outsight Creamsource LED light and battery adapter. They told me how long it would take to get. Everything arrived well packaged and just what I wanted.
The price and shipping was very reasonable.
I am pleased with my experience with SSE Photo and Video.

It was nice to have deal with you, guys! I got the item as described and in time. Thank you!

Ordering was fast and easy as well as shipping. Product was exactly as described and was neatly packaged. I will be using this company in the future!

Bought a DJI mavic 2 battery on sale. Arrived promptly. It’s a genuine OEM battery not some knock off brands other online stores sell.

I bought a tripod from them, received it in 2 days and they over delivered meaning the tripod was much higher quality than what I expected for all that I paid.

I had not been into photography for quite some time. consequently, a lot of equipment had deteriorated. While searching for replacements, I came across this light weight tripod that I thought would be great for my smaller cameras. I was correct. It is perfect.for my cameras and very functional for adjustments for those just right photos.*****s to SSE.

I will DEFINITELY shop with SSE again for all my drone supplies. They have some of the best prices on the market. My sales rep Peter, and the customer service dept was very prompt and thorough. My original order was off 2 parts out of a total of maybe 25 to 30 pieces, but was made right IMMEDIATELY after bringing it to their attention. Thank you team SSE !!! 👍🏽👍🏽

My tripod came quick and was exactly as described. Will buy again.

I bought a DJI Mavic Pro 2 & fly more kit and everything arrived on time without anything missing.

The DJI Mavic 2 Pro purchase with you was really smooth. I was looking at a package with Walmart. You had a similar package online and I called to see what other packages you had.

Your sales rep looked up the Walmart package and essentially matched it. As a State Farm agent I always prefer to deal with a actual human.

The process was easy. The shipping was on time. When I need other products that you carry I will definitely come back.
