I am really happy with the window made such a difference in keeping the heat in which saves me money and they are high quality windows very happy with them

SRN have been a great company to deal with for replacing double glazing. We are delighted with the time frame, cost and the result. Have no hesitation in recommending them and would use them for future projects.

Friendly efficient and professional. Absolutely delighted with the finished result.

We had 8 windows fitted in two days the fitters were friendly and did a fantastic job They cleaned up after they were finished . Our new windows look great and the house feels warmer I would recommend this company

I recently had 9 windows and 2 doors installed by SRN. Work was carried out to a very high standard, tidily and to the stated schedule. Installers Campbell, Chris and Derek worked hard and were friendly.
The sales, admin and surveyor team were also very helpful during the entire process.

Great firm would recommend

Fantastic company great fitters polite reliable and done a fantastic job would definitely recommend

Top notch service from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained and demonstrated. Clear communication throughout from initial interview with Joseph, the engineer who came out to measure up, Donna with emails, and Jamie and his assistant who fitted the door. Professional service. Thank you.

Joseph came to my house and went over the products extremely well, all the new tech was shown and I was extremely impressed. No pressure to buy but I absolutely did buy.
Guys came when snow was still here, they worked brilliant together, everything was done to the highest standards and I love all my new windows and doors. Cannot highly recommend this company enough. Everyone was so helpful and sorted out the finer details with no worries. Highly recommend. Thanks to all at SRN xx

We recently contacted the team for a quote for new windows in our house, and from start to finish they were absolutely brilliant. The sales team were really helpful, followed by a very knowledgeable gentleman who knew every in and out of window safety (who knew there were so many decisions to make when choosing windows!).

The fitters were friendly, punctual, and completed the job in just a day and a half — fitting 8 windows — which was impressive. They left everything clean and tidy once finished. We’re really pleased with the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

My mum recently had new windows fitted by this company & they are great. The quality of the workmanship is fantastic, they look amazing and are much more insulated than her previous windows. Apart from the actual job, we couldn’t rate them highly enough for their service. The team were friendly, helpful, informative, punctual and provided good value too. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I paid SRN Home Improvements a deposit of £699 on the 28th October 2025 for new windows in my flat. I decided to cancel my order within the 14 day period and notified the company by email and by sending the paperwork back. Today, the 19th December, I just received my bank statement and discovered that the company had still not refunded my deposit. I have two big bills to pay and I needed the £699 to pay these. I sent an email to the company complaining about their failure to return my deposit but all I got was an automatic response informing me that they were closed for Christmas and New Year. This year has been the worst of my life and now I am having to deal with the stress and worry of having bills to pay that I cannot and the even bigger worry of whether I am ever going to get my £699 deposit returned. It is not right to treat people like this. I have had three quotes for new windows that were less than what SRN quoted so my advice is beware of this company.

Great customer service from start to finish. All staff were very professional and respectful. Windows are fab, fitted perfectly and look great

Great experience from start to finish, windows and door fitted in less than a day. All work carried out to a high standard and they cleaned up afterwards.

From the salesman to the lovely polite efficient installation boys
Dust sheets throughout the house all nine windows were being replaced.
The installation was done so professionally on all areas
I would highly recommend this company

Great job the fitters were professional clean and tidy. Really pleased with the final outcome. Would definitely use again.

I needed two windows and a front door so went on to search engine and found SRN firm that offered discount prices , I had never heard of the firm but saw the fantastic reviews so I thought I’ll give it a go ,
Aleksa came and had a look at what I needed and she was so lovely and professional, she was not at all pushy like other salespeople I’ve dealt with , she explained everything in detail and I agreed to buy and had the job done by them , then the next day a surveyor came and measured up and discussed what would happen, the order did take a couple of months because of colour and design I had picked but SRN kept me up to date what was happening so the day arrived when I had job done by Jamie , I was a bit concerned as he was by himself but I didn’t need to worry as he powered through the 2 windows and door even tho the weather was pouring down, he did a fantastic job and kept asking me if I wasn’t happy with anything to let him know, I can’t find fault with anything and he cleared up any mess he made. I am so pleased I went with this company and would have no hesitation in recommending them, even when I phoned the company to pay the balance the lady on the phone was so polite and emailed me all the paperwork straight away including all the information on how to look after the windows and door along with the guarantee.

Guys were great workers, polite and tidy. And so fast . Great team wirk

I had two very large windows in my lounge and kitchen and two bedroom windows replaced by SRN Home Improvements. I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. The two workmen completed all four in one day. They had travelled a long way from where they live and they managed to complete the work by 5.30pm. Their return journey meant it had been a long day for them but they were very pleasant and made sure that every window replacement was done properly. Each room was cleaned thoroughly. In addition, I was eventually given an excellent price by the sales representative prior to my agreeing to the contract.
