Had issues regarding the WiFi
Had issues regarding the WiFi. Two rooms in my house didn’t receive service. They said that I should hardwire everything as a solution which isn’t safe especially considering I have a baby. I’ve had to cancel my policy with them as they haven’t help and just keep claiming they can not grantee service! Yet are still happy to take my money. I’ve since gone with a different provided and now had a single issue. Anybody I know who’s thinking of using squirrel I strongly advise them against it.
Also to add I’m also in Hull and looking at a lot of the reviews they seem to have a massive problem supplying Hull with a service!

With Hull being a very popular area for Squirrel, this is sad to hear you have not had a satisfactory experience.
Whilst a hardwired connection is much more stable than a wireless connection, we do understand that it can be an inconvenient and so we do not expect this, however it is a good troubleshooting step.
We still appreciate the feedback though and are thankful for you giving us a try.

Squirrel So Simple
Simple to sign-up, simple to choose an installation day. No hassle or problem with the installation, although they turned up slightly later than they had informed me. The engineers were swift, clean and kept me well informed during the process. I expected a long, disruptive morning, but it was all over in about 20 minutes. So far, it's working well. Hope remains like this.
