Excellent service
My first time ordering from Squealing Pig Guitars, but I have to say the service, personal attention and quality of communication has been excellent.
To be fully transparent however, I had made a mistake, (completely my error) when ordering so unfortunately had to request a return. Impressively, the guitar was actually collected from my doorstep with no administration on my part. (For anyone who has had to return anything ordered online, you will appreciate the benefits of having the supplier organise all of this).
On a personal level, I have to say Jack was a gentleman throughout and could not have done anymore for me.
High quality products with the personal attention of a family run business.

Jack Buckingham and all the staff at SQUEALING PIG GUITARS are simply just Amazing. I’m an online buyer. This purchase process was so an extraordinary experience, like no other one, that I ever had. Jack has a full commitment to please the costumers and satisfy all the necessities of the buyer in the process of purchasing. He is very respectful, professional, responsive, friendly.He is incredibly reasonable, in the process related to the pricing of the merchandise, shipping fees and customs duties details. The merchandise arrived super fast, in impeccable packaging and condition. The guitar travel from England to Puerto Rico(E.E.U.U.) U.S. Territory. Also in the email that they send you to confirm the purchase, it appears the date of the delivery, so you can track it easily. The guitar is a piece of art and have not find one like this one, at the reasonable price, in any place. It was send to a guitar workshop to routinary cleaning and and they tell me that the guitar is in perfect condition in all its specs. I recommend SQUEALING PIG GUITARS 200 %.

A perfect guitar at the perfect price
Negotiated a very fair price on a beautiful 10-top PRS Custom 24, which was dispatched incredibly promptly, arriving the next day (and an hour earlier than scheduled), particularly impressive as it was New Year's Eve. The guitar was even more gorgeous than the photos suggested. My bank was cautious about paying by bank transfer, but that went fine and I got a lovely PRS. Dealings with the company via email and phone call were prompt and clear. Highly recommended.

I’ve bought, sold and traded through Squealing Pigs. Each transaction has been spot on. Jack is a genuine guitar enthusiast, not just a dealer, with a genuine passion for the instruments being sold. They get rare and unusual guitars at great prices.
This particular transaction was a commission based sale at a good rate for me. They got a higher price than I would have been able to without the hassle of eBay/reverb. Delighted with how things have gone and payment arrived promptly as promised.
