Train your rider to be accommodating, understanding at talagang pupunta at hahanapin yung bahay hindi yong aasa lang sa tawag at kapag hindi nasagot ay magdedesisyon na ibalik yong parcel. Ilang beses nang tinawagan at nag text sa rider na kukunin nalang ang parcel sa hub. Nag text din ako ng aking address kung hindi ko masagot ang tawag ay pumunta nalang sa address na ibinigay at may ibinilin akong pera sa aking papa para ibayad sa parcel. Yung nangyari ay isang araw naghintay sa bahay si papa pero wala talagang parcel na dumating. Pumunta sa Hub kinabukasan sinabi nalang sa akin na ibinalik na sa seller yung parcel.

Sorting house personnel stole my item inside the box and even repackaged the box after stealing the item inside. Item was a HyperX Stinger 2 Core Wireless Headphone. It was delivered to me with just the box and the receipt inside. I DONT RECOMMEND SPX.PH

Grabi tong SPX Express walang ka improvement, hindi ba kayo nag babasa ng reviews nyo? Andaming tao na nagrereklamo ng mga services nyo! Palagi nalang delay yung order namin, bakit hindi hindi nyo nalang ipa ubaya sa j&t mas responsable pa sila kesa sa inyo!

I have the same experience one of the reviewers I read. I ordered on May 7 until now it's May 23 my parcel is still on delivery.

Company name don't fit with their service, Ironic name Shopee "express", I've got >2 parcels that always lost/delayed with this courier

I placed an order on May 7 and it was shipped on May 8. The order has been arrived in Davao on May 12 and on May 16 it was received in Tibungco and today is May 19 and there is no updates about my order. I usually received my order within 5-7 days with the other courier, so sad that this courier is set as default courier of Shopee and I still have 3 more orders to come handled by spx with the same status! Poor service!!!!

Only tried to deliver once, only called when at door and we told him won't be home that day, we're home 3 days prior to delivery(which according to shopee was ready to deliver but they didn't try) and been home every day since. No attempt to even when we went to delivery site. Said we couldn't pick at there.

Of course SPX Express can only improve - they are about as bad as possible. If I could give them a 0 rating, I would.
Shopee were my go to online shop, primarily as the shipped purchases with J&T who always delivered within 5/6 days to Maasin City in Srn Leyte. Seems that SPX Express took over shipments in the last few weeks, and I'm thinking of switching to Lazada [I stopped using Lazada a few years ago as final deliveries with Ninja were not easy, but they delivered the same day even late in the evening]. Ninja are not as efficient as J&T [J&T always gets 5 stars], but they would warrant 3 to 4 stars.
My experience is I placed an order for 15kgs of basmati rice on April 23, and today is May 8 - 15 days into the ongoing saga. The package was delivered to SPX's local hub on April 28 - 10 days ago, but there's been no delivery attempt, sms or call related to this consignment. Shopee's tracking system shows that the package has been moved between Hilongos and Maasin several times, but SPX delivery riders have advised there's no hub in Maasin. Hilongos is a smaller town some 40kms away. Have kept the seller informed - he has advised that he also sells on Lazada should the delivery not happen. Have noticed many comments which suggests that SPX delivery riders refuse large/heavy consignments as they are paid by the package, and prefer to take 50 smaller items than a somewhat bulky 15kg package.
Started making a switch back to Lazada so that there's no repeat of this ongoing experience.

If there is just a choices of no stars 🌟 I will definitely not put any! This is the worst courier in Philippines. Shopee shouldn’t have made this if they can’t handle delivering. I have two parcel that has been stucked in the hub for 8days now and if you go there to just pick it up they don’t allow it. LOL! This has been giving us a big problem because if you really need your parcel ASAP? Goodluck! You will just stressed out and have nothing to do. Shopee is not helping us aswell. I have been reporting it And they didn’t do anything about it. This courier should be banned! Very disappointing shopee!!!!!!!!

The worst courier that has ever existed. It should have received a lower rating. After being trapped at the hub for five days, my item has been tracked back and forth to Muntinlupa, Las Pinas. Now, on the seventh day of the delay, it has moved to the Tunasan Hub and then back to the Muntinlupa hub. "We will request to expedite the delivery, and the responsible team will reply within 24-48 hours and 24-78 hours," is the standard response from customer service.

This is supposed to be a negative star. 
First time to have a parcel where SPX Express is the courier. The tracking system is not friendly to users; they didn't even mention the hub location where the parcel has been received. They are very slow; my parcel has been stuck in a hub for a couple of days or more, and they are marking my parcel as delivery unsuccessful even without trying to deliver it and send it back to the seller.

April 6 nasa mandaue cebu na tas wala ng update umabot na ng april 12 which is due for delivery wala pa rin

Was home both days waiting on delivery even our security guard said no one came. To bad we can't give you a zero.

Been over a week na ung parcel ko, still at the hub pa sa ngayon, very slow service, needed ko pa ung parcel ko, i am very disappointed. Sana nalang yung ibang courier nalang maaasahan pa, eto apakatagal na di pa na deliver

Worst courier... contributing to its own downfall by being the worst courier service.

doesn't deserve even 1 star. keeps getting my delivery stuck on hub, really stressed me out whether my parcel can still be delivered or not especially on urgent parcels. I really need my parcel pa naman. If you can change your courier, don't pick spx or don't even use shopee. No solution even if you expedite delivery.
Slow progress. No useful information. Very slow and bad service! Shopee express sucks.

Ordered dog food on 14 March 2024 from S&R at the Shopee website. I have ordered 20kg every month for a year. J&T Express, no issues, it arrives in 6 days to Bukidnon every time. THIS month (March 2024) it got shipped via SPX, and at eleven days I am still waiting, tracking says it's 34km away from me in CDO for the last 5 days. Useless "express" company, needs to be out of business. I'm stopping ordering anything on Shopee until I see they went back to J&T, or SPX gets it's s#^t together. Hmm, just checked Lazada same price, cheaper shipping, bye bye.

It seems that the courier gets my address wrong, even if the address that I have implemented is correct. They would claim that I missed my delivery TWICE, but no one was going out of our house at the time, nor a person sleeping. I was waiting for the delivery throughout the afternoon, but still, no one arrived, and yet the status of my order tells me that I missed my delivery. The courier updated that my delivery would be near by now, and GUESS what, not a single parcel has been delivered. With my first ever experience within this delivery service, I would recommend to change your delivery service immediately, in hopes that you would refrain this situation and eventually waste your time in waiting for the parcel, only to find out that it will be sent back to the sender.

SPX doesn't even deserve a single star. They are the worst courier. Please bring back your former courier, J&T.
