A few times already I expedited it, but they couldn't answer my question about how and why parcel stock in SOC 8, while my last orders still arrive with the same SPX Courier. I wouldnt reccomend SPX to anybody! They are the worst courier!!

There's really no reason for the delivery to take this long. A poster already mentioned that paid parcels are delayed, which is the same experience as mine. It was sent out by the shop on 12/12 and idk where it is now. The status is still in transit for several days now, without specifically indicating which hub it is. Even JnT's service was better and faster than this even when they were just staeting out. This poor, sorry excuse of a company needs to go.

Orders which were on COD were delivered immediately. Pero yung mga orders na paid na upon checkout using credit cards, DI PA NADEDELIVER DUE TO PORT CONGESTION daw. Mind you, ordered a high value item on 12/05/25, till now still waiting. Those orders na COD na chineckout 12/08/25, DELIVERED NA. ANDITO NA. TANGINA NYO SPX.

Good day. I would like to express my concern regarding the XPS rider assigned to my order.
My order was scheduled for delivery. I was unable to answer the rider’s call immediately because I was inside the church at that time. I returned the call and politely asked if the item could still be delivered since I really needed it for our Christmas party.
However, instead of responding politely, the rider was very rude and spoke to me in an aggressive manner. He even told me to just go to the hub because he said he was busy. For three consecutive days, I kept calling him, but he kept giving different excuses — saying he was sick, that the location was far, that it was too hot, and other reasons.
What upset me the most was that he insisted that I cancel the order, or that he would cancel it himself. I pleaded with him not to cancel because I truly needed the item, but he still told me to just pick it up from the hub.
Because of this, I asked my husband to go to the warehouse, which is actually close to our street. However, when he arrived there, he was told that the item had not yet been scanned.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I hope your riders will be more responsible and treat customers with respect, as it is always the customers who make adjustments. People who are lazy and neglectful should not be working, especially in customer service.

Ang panget ng service nyu. Kahit na sa mga rider nyu ni hindi manlang ayusing mag deliver kahit hindi nila na contact ang customer . Ilagay parin nilang kasalanan ng receiver kaya nasisira pangalan ng customer sa shoppe or sa kahit saang online shops ng dhil sa negligence ng rider nyu.. ang tagal NYU pang mag deliver
Slow on delivery
Spx is slow delivery. Unlike JnT, so time consuming. I ordered a water bottle on an orange app and the SPX was the courier. I thought they would deliver it at the exact time but I received it almost two weeks I guess. I ordered on October 29 then received it november 16. I hope they gonna improve their services.

they said it's fast and reliable delivery, IT'S NOT TRUE! their services is just very slow unlike any other courier it only cost 3-5 days or even 7 days if there's any bad weather but this spx thing I very much don't like it, really! it cost 2 weeks or more HAHAHAHA like who the hell is waiting for their parcels for that long? like we don't have any choice because shoppe automatically switch to spx! If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would. Worst service ever. I don't understand you're still at the business. Sa dami ng 1 star reviews?You still have guts to continue your business without even minding all the REVIEWS? para saan pa? Kahit man lang, ayosin niyo yong systema niyo? Napaka bulok. Imagine telling customers— letting them expect the delivery with a given date and then turns out, it will not be delivered on the supposedly EXPECTED date? Without even UPDATE kung ano na ang nangyayari? You constantly change the expected date THREE TIMES mga bakla. For petesake, I've been waiting for it for two weeks and a half. WALANG UPDATE. I have to chat a live agent and request an expedite delivery. Apaka bulok. This is very inconvenient. Tbh, zero star lang dapat kayo e. Nakuha niyo galit ko sobra. I understand the reason why it was delayed maybe because sa typhoon uwan/tino pero tf that I ordered somethings na iba ang courier bakit na delivered sa expected date na binigay nila? And mind you kakatapos lang ng bagyo non. Like after two days. Literal.two days after bagyong uwan. Tapos what happened sa inyo? It's unacceptable. Yong gigil ko nakuha niyo.

Iwas kayo sa courier na to . I'm from Baguio and yung package ko sana ay mangagaling mula sa Pangasinan(1-2 days lang sana delivery kasi malapit lang namn), ang nangyare pinunta sa Bulacan yung package ko tapos binalik sa Pangasinan, bago binyahe papuntang Baguio. Nung nasa Baguio na, nagantay ulit ako ng 4 na araw bago ko na recieve, pagdating may minor damage yung item. 🖕Spx.

Yung nag follow up ka na ma-expedite ung parcel mo, sa Taytay, Rizal, biglang dinala sa sa Surigao. Tapos nag rerequest ako ng refund ayaw nila approve kasi ma dedeliver daw, anung petsa na more than 7 days na ung parcel ko, pampalubag loob ung 50 pesos pero ung perwisyo lagpas sa 50 pesos

14 DAYS DELAY IN DELIVERY
My parcel was grossly mishandled. Parcel was expected between September 27th and October 2nd, but the initial delivery attempt was made early on September 22nd since the parcel arrived earlier in the hub. Delivery status falsely claimed the recipient was "out of reach" despite me being home all day with my lines open. After this failed first attempt, there were no further redelivery attempts for 13 days. Though I considered canceling the order, I waited, only to have the second delivery attempt fail again. The parcel was finally delivered the next day, October 6th, but the delivery driver could not provide a clear explanation for the significant delay. Basically just dodging the question. The parcel was partially torn too—it was dumb of me to not even notice it at first. No missing items in the package though. Still WTF.
ZERO RATING
If only I could give a zero rating for this order, I definitely would. I really dislike and do not trust SPX, but sadly I had no choice. The item I bought from Shopee is very rare and sells out quickly, so I specifically requested the seller not to use SPX as the courier. I was worried it might not be delivered since the package was coming all the way from Cebu. Unfortunately, the courier still ended up being SPX.
I placed my order on September 26. At first, the estimated delivery was October 2–6. Then it suddenly changed to October 4–8. Because there was no movement on the tracking record, I contacted Shopee’s customer service to request that my package be expedited. On October 1, there was still no update, so I followed up again. They promised to escalate the issue, and while the record was updated, the delivery estimate also changed again—this time to October 5–9.
It’s really frustrating because the more I request for my order to be expedited, the more they keep delaying the estimated delivery date. I wish there was a direct line where customers could report these kinds of issues. Honestly, it feels “scary” dealing with SPX—sometimes packages from overseas arrive faster than local deliveries through them.
