Screens look great and the installers were very professional and did a fantastic job. Couldn’t be happier with the result . Highly recommend!

Terrible delivery and customer service.
3 and 1/2 months since I paid a deposit and still no date for installation. Communication has been terrible, promised updates never happen, told that it was in QA ready for delivery then later on being manufactured the following weekend but based on advice today it is still not manufactured.
Emailed the manager and they have not bothered to respond so what do you do. I have paid 50% deposit and still have nothing other than it is a factory problem and the customer service person says they are telling me what they are told by the factory. No customer service at all.

Hi Barry, we do apologise that we have not communicated as we should have with you. Our customer service did miss the mark with keeping you up to date on the progress on the installation of your slatted fencing. We did have a miscommunication internally (human error) where we thought that one of the components required for your installation had not been powder-coated however, this has now been rectified and your screens are ready for installation.
Fantastic Service
I would recommend SP screens, they are highly affordable, reliable and provide a quality product. The staff are friendly, genuine and caring.
