Friendly service, quality result. Impressed by the cleverness of their solutions. Would recommend :)

We are very pleased with our custom made concertina security door.
From a very prompt reply to a query to arranging a quote and finally installation it was seamless trustworthy and professional.
We were kept up to date with the progress of our order right down to timely arrival and installation .

The whole experience was flawless from quote process to instillation of the finished product. The screens look great and the finish is perfect.

I recently had SP Screens install a custom slatted privacy gate, and I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Sam Gatt. My gate wasn’t a straightforward job — it needed to be much taller and wider than standard, and nothing about the existing structure was square or plumb. Sam handled it with absolute patience and professionalism.
He took the time to carefully measure the frame first, knowing the tricky position and layout of my location. Once the frame was installed, he returned to measure everything precisely so the custom screen door could be ordered perfectly. A couple of weeks later, Sam was back to complete the installation, and the result was flawless.
Sam is a genuinely happy and relaxed person who clearly loves what he does. His work truck was organised with perfection — everything in its place — and the job reflected that same level of care. After finishing, he cleaned and washed the entire veranda to showcase the quality of his work. It’s rare to see that level of pride and attention to detail these days.
I wouldn’t hesitate to have Sam Gatt back for any future screen doors or installations. Highly recommended.

I can’t fault these guys, it was a really smooth experience. They answered all my questions thoroughly through the selection process. Lovely people to deal with, really genuine guys who came out to do the installation. I love my new screens.

Great service and quality - very efficient and friendly. Answered all my questions and were able to assist with oversized doors. Measurements, quoting and Installation was very quick!!

I couldn’t be happier with the service from SP Screens, especially Sam. He and the team were professional, polite, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I honestly couldn’t fault them. The quality of the work and customer service were excellent. I’ll definitely be using SP Screens again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional team.

The look and feel of our newly installed security and fly screens are amazing! The workmanship is excellent 👌

I got great advice about the design of fitting a single screen door into a long set of bi-folding doors. It can be moved along the whole track depending which part of the doors are open. I also got a metal security screen door for a balcony. All of it matches perfectly and looks part of the original doors. Great advice, perfect installation and tidy up, couldn’t be happier!

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Trades are very friendly, competent and tidy up after themselves. They took away old screen which I was appreciative of. Would recommend to anyone needing quality screens and doors. More affordable that other crim deterrent products. Thanks

Well priced and they are great looking screen.
Slide nicely and close nicely.
Very good quality with triple locks
Didn’t have to wait too long for them to be made

First week closer fell off as screws popped out. I was told I must have forced the door backwards???
Just over a year and the lock won’t lock. Was told my house has moved. No offer to come and look. Very poor service. A security screen that is not secure and I’m $1300 lighter. Stay away from them!
Upon reading your reply, you have put the blame back on me for the closer breaking as you say the door was closed with the prop in place. This was not the case! The installer even said the screws were too small! You probably should check all your facts first!
You did NOT offer me a call out to come and review the broken lock, your receptionist did (on the initial contact) at a cost of $250 + parts! Outrageous amount and to blame my house for moving, that’s a pretty broad statement! Stop blaming clients, you’ve got your money!

You really should listen to your clients and not try to make out that your company is the innocent one, by your very tactful but incorrect reply. Again trying to pin the blame on the customer, But I suppose it’s my fault again by installing a Crimsafe “knock off”.
Again, such a glowing report you give of your company! No blame and no responsibility!

We’ve used them at our current and previous rentals. Amazing product and service for the price. Literally gobsmacked by how cost effective it is, and the quality and workmanship is top notch. I’ll call use them again at my next rental and I’d recommend them to anyone. Sunshine Coast franchise is second to none!

Your team are always helpful polite and friendly when I got my quote for the windows your team member was happy to fix my security screen doors that had moved and won’t lock this is my second purchase with SP Screens would definitely recommend

SP screens did an awesome job at coming up with a solution to block out the view of a neighbouring house. The finished look is stylish and durable. Thanks team for a seamless job!

Great communication and very comprehensive measure & quote process.
Quote was very competitive!
The lead time was very short & the installation went very smoothly.
The end result has transformed the feel of the house as well as the added security benefits.

My screened in porch looks wonderful and it is secure and insect free just as I asked,

Very happy with our purchase and the entire process. Very good communication from SP Screens. Installation went very smoothly. Installer was very professional and friendly advising us of options during the installation to ensure the final job met our expectation's. He left the worksite clean and tidy with a first class installation. The screen is of very good quality at a very reasonable cost.. I would definitely use SP Screens again.
