I'm a creator who sold merchandise on Teespring for several years. At first there was no problem but with more and more customers reporting long delivery times or orders going missing (the issues seemed to begin after Amaze bought the company), I decided to withdraw my earnings (over $8.3k) and leave. I requested the payout on 14 August and have had nothing. Payouts are supposed to be processed within the month, but it still says 'We're processing it now!' I've emailed support about six times and got stonewalled each time. Apparently the issue is 'with the financial team'. You don't have to look far online to find many other creators who aren't able to get their money. It's awful. If you're a creator thinking of using Teespring or any other Amaze platform, don't do it.

I requested pay out and Spring refuses to pay me out. At first they lied about a transaction issue (which couldn't be the case because these sales were years old) and once I caught them, they just keep saying there's no timeline for payment.
It seems this issue is widespread, that many creators are not getting paid and purchases are not getting products.

Months of delays before one item finally shipped (over a month past the original estimated date). When I reached out to get updates all I got was a canned reply with links to track my orders. Still waiting for my second item, been showing as in production since 27 July.

Total scam. Ordered in April, they strung me along for months saying that they were struggling with a backlog from January (LOL). Eventually they just stopped replying to my emails. I was able to do a chargeback with PayPal, and have reached out to creators who are still using them to let them know that they should change sites. If you’re waiting on an order, do yourself a favour and just ask your bank or PayPal for a refund right now, don’t let them run the clock out. It’s also scary because they used to let creators donate their profits from sales to charity, and you’ve really got to wonder whether they ever did that.
Edit: I see that TeeSpring has responded to this review with regards to fulfilment. I question why they are able to reply to a review like this, but not to all of the sellers saying that they were refused payouts, that Spring refuses to allow them to remove their stores, and queries about whether the payouts which were supposedly donated to charity ever reached those charities?

I got scammed for $30, I wanted to buy a shirt from a producer that I support, these guys never shipped the shirt, and they can't answer on customer support chat or email, if I could, I would give them ZERO stars, this is by far the worst shopping experience I ever had.

If I didn't have to actually give at least a 1 star rating to be able to write this review then I would have given them absolutely NO STARS. I am a creator who has been with using them for several years...I have had some subscribers and customers who have reported to us that they have extremely delayed responses or shipping...that was alarming since it can give US a bad name. Then on 9-2-2025, I requested my payout...it is now 10-7-2025...still no payout...the third party we are using to process the payment doesn't even see it coming in yet and can not help me at all. I have written the company on numerous occasions with absolutely no response. If you are thinking of purchasing from this company at all, DON'T. If you are thinking of opening a merch store, DON'T. If you have a store currently and are thinking of moving, MOVE. If you have a store currently, MOVE. Do not trust this company to deliver on anything...not on your behalf as a business owner...and not on yours/others behalf as a purchaser....they are unreliable, inconsistent and can not be trusted.

I would rate it in zero Stars if I could. Constant broken promises of when they're going to ship my stuff it took them over a month to even give me order numbers, and in order to receive anything from them I've had to hound them every single step of the way. We are talking chains of emails back and forth asking for them to just please ship my stuff. It's now been 8 months and I'm still waiting on a few items. Horrible company never use them for your merchandise. I know I will never purchase from them again.

If you're on here reading these don't take any of these responses from the company as them actually trying to do something. Every single promise they've ever made to me has been hollow. I've been in contact with their customer service and their customer service routinely drops the ball.

I requested a payout in August and haven't received it yet. I will be escalating it to BBB. They are not interested in resolving anything. DO NOT USE. There are plenty of better websites with real customer service.

Placed an order in May of 2025, received two items the end of August, but still waiting for two more. I have customers that want to purchase merchandise, but am afraid they will go through the same experience as myself. And that's just not good business. This is my third entry, and I'm just looking for good service. This is really hurting my business.

Horrible customer service. I ordered two t-shirts on June 16, and I got one, but I never received the second one. Every time I emailed support, I'd get an automatic reply that I would get an answer within two business days. Only once. And I was told there was a "supply issue". So, I gave them until Sept. 1. By Sept 3, I had to get on their chat and requested a refund. Never got it. I ended up going through my credit card and disputing the charge. That was the only way. For buyers, don't order anything from them. From organizations, do not use them. I feel bad for the nonprofit that I wanted to support by getting the shirts. I did let them know of the issue.

What happened?
I used to get my shirts quickly. I ordered 6 shirts in June and got one over a month later. I emailed to check on the other 5 and the rep had no idea there were 5 missing. Promised my shipping back and would get the others on the way. After 10+ emails, still waiting. Same email every time. No refund. Order not fulfilled. I've filed a dispute with my bank. So disappointing.

What is Happening? (Non Response from support and my order hasn't been delivered). It has been over a month an a half as of today. It wasn't always like this as I've had a store on there for more than a few years. I placed a personal order on August 29. It is now September 16. No response from even the automated bot chat on the website. There is no way to contact and get a refund as well as even contact to find out what is happening with the stores/website itself. Horrendous company. Very disappointed.

I did eventually get my money back. I've heard recently that their experience is getting a lot better, and though I'm very very leary, I might give them another shot. Edit 9/13: I received another message from Spring AFTER updating my review on here. The email stated I could only get a refund if I drop my dispute on Paypal... the only reason there is a dispute on paypal is because they didn't message me prior. They are not responding to paypals request to them to even see the dispute. I am not dropping the dispute.
Edit: After leaving a review on here, I received an email in response to one of my open tickets. It is the only ticket that got a response, and after I messaged them back, I have not heard anything from them again. I emailed them again 2 hours ago and got an automated response (just like every other time) that someone would email me within 24 hours.
On August 8th, I created and ordered some shirts, hoping I could use Spring as my website as a small artist. After the delivery date came and went without my shirts, I got a hold of their customer service, who promised to rush the items so I could have them for an event. EVERY item in my order came messed up in one way or another. 3 items were the wrong size, 2 the wrong color, 3 mis printed with double printing or not printed where it was suppose to be. I have been trying since to get through to customer service and have had no luck. I have had a ton of tickets open with their chat 'bot' and only gotten one more response, which was closed in under 4 minutes, while I was typing. I have disputed my purchase with paypal now, and have to wait for paypal to work it's magic to get my money back so I can try to go through somewhere else. This has meant that my entire halloween art line this year isn't happening at this point. It has not just cost me the money in orders I made and the time setting up, but hours of trying to get through to their customer services and any money I could have made through halloween this year.

UPDATE October 2025: The T-shirt FINALLY CAME! Well I am at least glad I did NOT get scammed, just very slow/poor service. But I am GLAD that I did receive it- ad BTW, they DID reach out after my complaint here- so I guess it maybe made a difference. Well thank you for at least getting it to me!! It's fine too, not terrific, not bad....Well, it looks like I probably got scammed out of $32.00.... This T shirt was supposed to arrive between August 19-August 22nd. Order placed August 7th. Finally in SEPT I tried to see what's up, can't log in, can't see how to reset PW, I have no clue if this is legit- or nOT. I would advise everyone to reach out to Professor Of Rock to let him know to STOP USING THIS PLATFORM!!!! buyer beware- you are possibly wasting your 30 for a t shirt you may never get- and not one to respond UPDATE: They responded to my complaint finally- and I'll give them the chance to send me a shirt, and see what happens-at least they did respond- so thats a good sep... I'll keep this review updated

Update: After 12 months of waiting Spr.ng told me that they were "unable to move forward with the order as the item is currently out of stock". The said that they were unable to offer me a refund and could only offer a store credit!
I ordered a tee shirt for my son on 7 April 2025. Estimated date of arrival was 23 April 2025. It is now 25 November 2025, 232 days after it was ordered (over 7 months) and it still has not been dispatched. It has been 'escalated' by customer services three times so far. A few weeks ago it was promised 'by Christmas'. The customer service team is nice and responds to emails (although it keeps blaming a 'recently encountered' problem) but the score above reflects the lack of delivery.
