The website itself is so slow so it takes ages to order stuff, but the product range is huge, good support and very very competitive pricing.

I ordered a primer to paint my furniture and received one that was like water so I could not get it to stick to my brush or roller and knew something was wrong with it since I purchased the same product from a different retailer in the past and had no issues. I contacted Sprayster twice by filling their online form and never heard back so I basically paid like £34 for a product I cannot use and I cannot return it or get a replacement. Awful!

Poor customer service
Products seem good. Fast delivery however...I have been contacting them continuously to try and return them as I've changed my mind on the colours. No one has got back to me and soon I won't be eligible for a return. I am too busy to be on at them. There's no phone number either to get a hold of them direct. Shocking.

Value for money is great
Value for money is great. All of the spray paints I have ordered have worked as expected. I’ve sprayed the frame, tank and both mudguard on a motorbike for less than £50
Delivery is quick if ordered before 2 in the afternoon it’s next day
Also get a discount on the next order which is really useful.
