Sprayster Anmeldelser

Ordered paint 12 cans did not arrive, reported to the company and they advised would get back to us in 24 to 48 hours as the order had gone missing, nearly a month now and still noting from them!!!!

Colour match of f&b way off using zinser grade one. Returns process a nightmare. Convoluted seemingly deliberately to put you off returning. Bought direct. Shame I cant upload a picture tk show how poor the match was. Given the amount of unmixed white pigment despite it being opened within 1hr of receipt, suspected old stock.

Goto site for spray paints. Great range of quality products. Great prices. Rapid delivery.

Shyster / Three Jays Trading – Review
After reading the reviews on Trustpilot, I decided to place an order for two spray cans that were on a special offer.
Unfortunately, my experience was very different from what I expected. The order never arrived, and despite contacting customer services, I received no response whatsoever.
In the end, I had no choice but to contact my bank and obtain a refund through them.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend caution before ordering from this company. A good deal is no bargain if you never receive the goods and can't get a response from customer services.

Excellent service, all arrived the next day, all arrived in excellent condition well packaged good value and good quality. Vast range of stock at excellent price. Can highly recommend this company, I have used this company a few time without any issues and will continue to do so. Many thanks Shaun

To everyone!!! Please be very careful with the company. They are bad in Maths. You might pay for one amount of goods and receive totally another, less than you have paid. I advice to retest their workers for National GCSE Maths acceptable pass level or FS Maths level 2 skills. It's a shame on the company!!!

Brilliant customer service via the 'text us' - rapid responses and resolve.
Good prices and quality spray paints. I highly recommend.

We are most disappointed not to have received the paint we ordered on 28th January 2026. Neither did we receive an acknowledgement of our order, despite payment having been taken.
An attempt to ring Sprayster resulted in an answerphone message. We eventually received a response from the Three Jays Trading Ltd on 14th Feb when we went through PayPal. They confirmed they are chasing our order each day. We are still awaiting the paint on 17th February and it's holding up the refurbishment.
The PayPal case ID number is PP-R-BFX-614785571 and the amount paid is £16.73. We hope this will be resolved soon.

I have used this company several times now and always a great service, quality paint, a great price, excellent customer service and next day delivery. What more can you want.

Update 05 October
After posting initial review below, seller made contact to help resolve my problem. Immediately offered full refund, so issue now closed. Grateful to seller for following up and also to Trustpilot for providing the forum to highlight any issues that would otherwise not be addressed.

What a total let down, since my last review in June 2018. Ordered 4 tins of slate grey aerosol paint, amongst other items on the order. The paint was terrible quality, almost colourless and nothing like the colour stated on the tin. Wrote to the company to ask if this was a faulty batch, or some other problem they could help resolve………. Followed it up a fortnight later…….. Total silence. Yes, not a huge value order, but disappointing that the company could not even be bothered to reply. I know that my message landed, or so the messaging system said, so obviously I was just ‘binned off’…… as were the tins of paint - and the company’s details, as I won’t be using them again!

Arrived in time. Well packaged. Good price.

Always receive the exact order, always arrives the following day...perfect! 👌💯 Been a customer for a number of years, so it's a proven track record too!

Great prices and fast delivery. I have used Sprayster several times. Would recommend.

Arrived ok but when I started to us the spray it was stiff and clogged, when I looked closer the top of the tins were rusty and then I looked at the date on the bottom. 31-03-2022, I have 5 tins that I can only get about a quarter of the product out thus making it very very expensive. I would not recommend at all. They were very reasonably priced. NOW I KNOW WHY,
BUYER BEWARE

They did what they said and on time. Could not beat the service.
Price, communication, packaging and delivery, first class.

Sprayster have given me the run around in returning a.product which didn't have all its parts. They lied that parts were coming for months. Disputed a delivered parcel I returned with proof of receipt. They have been trying to wriggle out.of a refund. Spraysters could be changed quite easily to another name - go somewhere else...

Very good product. Price is onest

Great price for quality paint delivered very quickly.
