Sadly I didn't come to TP and read the review. New customer and I couldn't believe the shoddiness of the item sent, totally disregard for the customer. The website trying to contact anyone is atrocious. A search on the Net didn't yield anymore information. I paid expedited delivery as wanted item before being away and also further cost of return. I packed and paid 24 hour tracked, yet reading the last review, that person is still waiting for a refund. Had I come here first, I would certainly have avoided this organisation at all costs. I eventully raised a complaint but distinerested, and no refund for the inconvenience and cost.

I went to the croydon central store early January and the conditions the staff are expected to work is beyond a joke, its so cold in there the poor staff have purple hands, a lovely staff member at tills had her coat on and was shivering but as its till work couldn't wear gloves. How is this happening in a business that makes millions in profits. Must say if it wasnt for the store conditions I would have given a 5 star based on my customer service, till lady was lovely (long curly hair and friendly) also a man helped me on shop floor, think he was called Darren, these 2 people are the stores only saving grace.

I refuse to spend any money in Mike Ashley–owned businesses. The working conditions clearly show a lack of care for staff. During my visit to the Croydon Sports Direct, the store was colder than outside, water was leaking, and employees were shivering at work. These conditions are appalling and highlight greed and neglect at the expense of staff wellbeing.

This store had the balls advertised as 2 for £30 half of the dump bin was of the wrong balls refused to change the price at the correct advertised price, even though it’s there store colleges fault that the ball is in the wrong dump bin as it was a very similar ball. The customer service is appalling there, wouldn’t recommend shopping there at all.

SD fitness do NOT deserve any star rating theyr a fraudulent company!
SD FITNESS's refuse to further investigation. It has come to my attention that unauthorized use of my personal information, including my name and bank account details, was employed to establish a gym membership. I have never utilized any of their facilities, nor do I have any intention of doing so.
Furthermore, the responses received from SD FITNESS via email have been consistently unprofessional and dismissive. Despite repeated requests to speak with a manager regarding this fraudulent activity, the individuals handling communications have failed to provide a resolution.
I strongly advise against engaging with SD FITNESS due to their apparent tolerance of fraudulent activities and the unprofessional conduct of their staff. To avoid potential financial loss and unsatisfactory customer service, I recommend exploring alternative fitness options, such as home-based exercise routines.

Went to go to gym shut down no email or contact from them was scaffolding in restaurant dirty mud on steps no water fountain smelling in showers like a sewer should of been shut down ages ago not friendly staff now at Banstead much happier

Just got back from holiday, finally got time to report this UNACCEPTABLE Service! Bought this shoes as a gift for my grandma but the delivery was late and was delivered to the wrong address - the delivery evidence photo is not even my flat. Have to deal with this issue while on my holidays.
Got the proof from EVRI that it was delivered to the wrong address, but the investigation says it was delivered! Bro, the photo is not even my door, where has this been delivered to like? and EVRI already confirmed it's been delivered to the wrong address?!!!! Never shop here again, bloody scam.
Sports direct mail order scam
Still without a doubt the worst there is in terms of customer service and reliability. They mistakenly had my order delivered a 7 hour round trip away and the customer service here have refused any form of help to resolve it. The only “solution” they have offered is that if I spend £100 on transport to go to where they delivered it they will refund my £4.99 shipping. They have refused to let a manager deal with it, refused a refund, refused to send the order to me to replace the one that shows as delivered hundreds of miles away and have been dismissive and uncaring, this all feels like a scam. Avoid sports direct at all costs.
Usual dogmatism, pile it high, create policies without thought
No refunds when items don't fit, even if brand new unused with tags, you'll just get a credit note. By law they don't have to but their 'policy' is not comparable to reasonable companies. Particularly when the item can just be resold. Shop somewhere with a refund in full arrangement to your original payment method, even if it's more. Just hope their isn't a pile of faulty items wasted as consumers are entitled to a refund by law, when faulty. There are plenty/most of the other sports outlets and clothing shops who offer a full refund policy to your original payment method and plenty of comment about this companies non-consumer focussed policy.
Sport Direct does not return the money to the customer!!!
How many times does a client have to write to you and beg you, that's outrageous. When will you write the manager's phone number? Should I file a complaint with the court because Sport Direct steals their customers' money. Write the manager's phone number! You investigate for 1 month and there is no result and you do not return the stolen money from the customers?! You are in a combo with Evri! Absolute disgrace!!! We deliver and return shipments with Euros, there is no tracking information for the shipment, neither on delivery nor on return!!! In the end, Evri loses the shipment and Sport Direct does not return the money to the customer!!!
Still owed a 50 pound refund
Still owed a 50 pound refund. First submitted a relocation request on June 29th 2024, and since then have continuously tried to process the account cancellation. Despite this, my account has then been charged for July, August and September. The customer service has been incredibly poor. No replies to emails and no attempt to update on the situation despite promising an account cancellation and refund.

My default address was from 10 years ago and made the payment via PayPal, I thought the default address is my current address but I made a mistake that didn’t double check it.
After the payment has gone through then I realised that the address was wrong! Then I was trying to change it but there is no options to do so and then I was trying to cancel it, but also can’t find any option to do so too.
Then I have red their policy, have learnt that once you have placed the order then there is no way to make any changes.
Now I don’t know what to do, the old address was in Reading which I lived there 10 years ago, there is no way I can received the parcel anymore as I am living in London now !!!

Absolute scammers....DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL...you add items to your online trolley at a set price and then you find out that the price they quote isn't the price at the checkout.....trainers at £25 and 2 pairs of shorts at £5 each. ...going to checkout are £35 and £8.99 each..... THEN, they tell you you can't cancel your order ....you have to wait for the items to be delivered before you can return them to a nearby ,(ISH) store....they are a joke of a company.
