Life Of A Cyclist Anmeldelser

Nathan has serviced three of my bikes and brought them up to perfect condition each time. He revamped my vintage French Meral so that it is a most comfortable ride. He is so knowledgeable! I thoroughly recommend him for any bike works, vintage or new.

Nathan is excellent - exactly what you want from a local artisan. Booked a 'silver service' but he said it only needed a 'bronze'. First mechanic to actually bother explaining to me why my hybrid bike was a mongrel that would nonetheless very likely continue to work well. And despite how busy he is, was really good about it when I had to postpone my booking last minute as my girlfriend had locked her bike to mine! Another Forest Gate gem.

I highly recommend Spoke Shed for high quality bicycle maintenance and repairs at fair prices. Will definitely use again.

Nathan took a great care of my bike which now runs beautifully, a local business run in a very friendly and pragmatic manner, I have already recommended to my neighbours but also very happy to do it here! thank you.

Customer service and repair were perfect. The owner is fantastic - genuine, helpful.

I have used Nathan a few times for my own bike (used for sport and travel) and my partner’s bike(commuting and travel). Excellent service, absolutely amazing prices and he is super knowledgeable.
Out of my years of cycling around the UK, Spoke shed is by far the best bike service/repair I have used.

Would not hesitate to recommend Spoke Shed.

Took my bike in recently for a service, this was the first time I have used Spoke Shed. Nathan was friendly, honest and gave a quick idea of what my bike would need. Never tried to upsell or push anything that wasn’t required. Prices were very reasonable and the service was carried out quickly. I would absolutely use Spoke Shed again and will be recommending to all my friends and family.

I have now used spoke shed several times and have been really impressed by the service.

Nathan is very informed and communicative regarding any concerns with your bike and equipment. His service is thorough and prompt. The cost is incredibly economical and far more than reasonable.

I had a last minute emergency with my bike and as I ride it everyday, Nathan was very accomodating and helped to fix it in order to support.

I will definitely be seeking Spokeshed for any issues regarding my bike.

Thank you!

What a great experience!

This was my first time using Spoke Shed for a bike service and took in the two bikes I had booked in for today. Met Nathan, who was a really great guy, who looked over the bikes for a preliminary review. He gave me some great insight and advised me of what the best options would be. Above all, he was totally honest and never tried to sell me a service that my bikes did not need. He told me my bikes would be ready in a couple of hours, which they were. The work was outstanding and the bikes now feel great and ride super smooth. Nathan even remembered that I had another booking later on in the week for my third bike and told me to bring it in as he had finished with these two so quickly. Third bike needed a bit more attention, but again Nathan gave me outstanding advice and told me that I didn't need anything more than the basic service. His honesty was humbling. Third bike was ready in about an hour and now rides like a dream. To top it all off, Nathan then shared some advice about cycle routes I could take my boys on, tips on how to look after the bike and make small adjustments and told me to call him if I needed any help.

This is a brilliant business run by a great guy who loves cycling and it shows in his work and how he treats his customers. I will be using Spoke Shed for all my biking needs in the future. I have also shared his details with my friends and family as I have been nothing but totally impressed.

Thank you Nathan (thumbs up emoji)

There Are not enough superlatives to describe how good Nathan has been.
Your mad not to use him.

I strongly recommend this business! Spoke Shed is the place to go for bike servicing - the owner is friendly, highly knowledgeable, professional and super affordable. A real local gem of a business.

Really great service on 2 of my bikes. Nathan is really knowledgeable on the requirements for different bikes. Quick turn around and reasonable. Would highly highly recommend.

Great service, fast, bike returned in great condition and goof value for money too

My second service with Spoke Shed, and it was as fantastic as the first. Nathan is super friendly and approachable, sorted my bike out and gave some great advice. Exceptional value for money and couldn't ask for more!

A very quick, efficient service. Thank you Nathan.

Very friendly, local, professional service. Seems very knowledgeable and my bike was ready in a around an hour, so very quick. I appreciated the honesty when recommending a service, as the bike did not require a great deal of work, and it seems like good value for the peace of mind that bike is road worthy again, after many years of not using.

Really good service and value for money. Great to have a local bicycle repair man you can trust. Thanks Nathan.

Really helpful, great service
