Fast delivery and an excellent product.
During the ordering process i forgot to order my free Crossbody. I contacted them and received a reply withing 1/2hr. I provided them with my order number and they confirmed that i had not selected the special offer. Without hesitation they allowed me to select the crossbody of my choice and arranged delivery.

What a fantastic company to deal with. I bought the ruck sack, which is unbelievable quality for the money, and qualified for a free cross over bag. Stupidly, I didn’t order the free bag ! They rectified this and it was sent next day, no quibble. Their customer service is incredible.

I've now got 3 bags from Spiral since they started and I can only say that they are the best bags on the market. Not only are they well built, water proof and perfect for the cheeky weekend away (fits Ryan Air hand luggage restrictions) but the prices are pure madness...WOW.

I bought my latest bag and forgot to claim my free messenger bag (£24.99) so I sent them a quick email and it was with me next day - nothing is to much for these guys as the customer service is unbelievable.

Thank you and I will be back for my 4th bag soon as you are always releasing new models.

I saw a post on Facebook for the Spiral 20L bag which also came with the side bag for free. My order has just arrived and I simply can’t praise this brand enough. The 20L has a load of room inside for my laptop and a host of other items, the material is fantastic and it looks really cool. It is a well designed bag, strong and extremely good value. The side banks also a good size and perfect for smaller items. I would highly recommended I am extremely happy with my new bags.

I ordered the 20L black transport deluxe bagpack, partly because of the free Cross body bag promotion they have on but mostly seeing how well reviewed the products are!

When making my purchase I must not have selected for the free cross body bag to be included in the deal but after emailing the support email provided this was quickly solved with haste!

Top quality bags. And the service is second to none. Received the bag the day after ordering. Needed to contact customer service as forgot to add the free crossover bag at checkout. The team sorted this for me and I received the bag the following day.

Ordered an explorer deluxe backpack and 'free' crossbody from this company at a total cost of around £44, which included next day delivery. The items were never received and the company doesn't reply to any emails or DMs on it's social media. Pretty sure all the reviews are faked. Oh. And they also use Evri as their courier in the UK, so if they did actually have some items to deliver, you probably wouldn't receive anything anyway. Don't use this company. It's not what it seems.

Such a fabulous product which I would highly recommend.
The back pack is slightly padded, so ideal for. Lap top and comfortable against your body.
It is totally waterproof, so no need to worry about things getting wet.
Great to buy as gifts! Most of my family have one now!!!!

Excellent products. The black explorer deluxe backpack is perfect as it has good capacity 27L, for general work items or for trekking. The materials are hardwearing and great for the inclement weather we are presently experiencing.

Absolutely brilliant. Not only truly well made with solid materials and a top quality feel, but customer service was second to none. While your £39 range is clearly positioned as premium and well-considered, not all customers are in a position to purchase without absolute confidence that a product will meet their day-to-day requirements. As a disabled customer, I am required to travel with medical equipment and medication at all times, which makes size, durability, comfort, and internal layout absolutely critical factors. When promotional offers appear at lower price points, such as £29.99, the bags understandably look more compact, which raises concerns around practical capacity for someone with medical needs.

With that in mind, I wanted to propose a mutually beneficial opportunity.

I would like to trial one of your bags in genuine, real-world conditions and, if it performs as expected, promote it authentically based on lived experience. As per the response from Spiral UK, the star rating was done in error, for that I apologise, it's easy to make a error, but I think Spirals response could have been handled better,so I've amended the STAR rating as I hadn't personally used their product. Abit harsh Spiral !!!!!

After a little hiccup (which turned out to be my error not the retailer's) I had a great experience/outcome to my problem of a missing part order (free crossbody bag). The customer service team sorted it efficiently and quickly and I am delighted to now have the missing item. Would definitely order again from this lovely company.

Bought the backpack and got the cross bag included.
Backpack is well constructed, smart and surprisingly spacious. Smaller pockets look strong with well placed zips. Was amazed everything stayed dry when I had to walk in the pouring rain last week - wish my coat was as well made!

Fantastic bag perfect for work and their customer service is very responsive and helpful.

I made a mistake when purchasing on their website. I contacted Spiral and they resolved the issue quickly with delivery being next day also. The products are of good quality and a fraction of the price compared to other similar products from competitors. Great products and great customer service.

I bought myself a backpack 20 ltrs in dark grey and oh wow, it has exceeded my expectations and then some. It’s comfy and easy to wear and carry even with (ahem books in… I won’t say how many) and because we live in the U.K. and because it’s winter… the weather. I would like to say thank you so much for making a bag that is entirely waterproof honestly i wasn’t sure what I was expecting but to find out that everything inside was dry just blew my mind. I would also like to say thank you for the deal of buying a backpack and getting a messenger bag free these bags are just amazing. Fantastic quality and waterproof.

I ordered a backpack and free cross body bag (sale deal) . Bought as gifts and both recipients love the bags - they look and feel great, water resistant and plenty of space for what was needed. The only issue was understanding the bags are not delivered together for whatever reason. Customer service is one of the best I’ve ever experienced- kind, calm, speedy responses and information and they did all they could to ensure the bags arrived in time for Xmas/birthday. I’ll definitely use again and highly recommend this company.
