Amazing customer service. I had a small issue with something missing from my order. The missing piece was immediately shipped to me! The customer service with this company is so incredible! Honestly, I have never had anything missing before, but I had complete confidence that there would be no problem. The products sent out are always high quality and so beautiful!!! I am always so thrilled. I can’t wait for the next shipment. I get all four subscription boxes with this company, and have for a while now. I have been thrilled with them all.

Amazing! Loved my crystals box. Can’t wait for the next one!

The products in the box that I received were wonderful and I really enjoyed opening the box and seeing what was included. Sadly a portion of the box I ordered was missing, I emailed Spiral Rain immediately, Rani got back to me and apologized for the error, the remaining items were shipped to me within a couple of hours of my email and I am excitedly awaiting their arrival. I will very likely order again.

Love this box & momma!
The only complaint is my elephant’s “hands” where both broken off this month . I’m assuming that happened in shipping so not your fault. I have now got 3 boxes and have loved each one! Would highly recommend!!!

Box is beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Blessed Be

I love these boxes, they're bursting with beautiful, useful, and fun items. It's a great value for the money and I am very happy every month!

So much work goes into these information sheets. Thank you they are lovely and informative.

Spiral Rain products are amazing - and the customer service and care that is always provided by Rani is better than exceptional… I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Rani from Spiral Rain is incredible! Her customer service is excellent, and her subscription boxes are probably some of the best out there. She puts her personal touch on everything she does, from her Grimoire pages, to the oils, incenses, bath salts and other hand made items included in her subscription boxes.
Spiral Rain is definitely one of the best, and really puts the personal touch on everything.

Spiral Rain boxes include quality products. They are well packaged and contain quite a few pieces. I would definitely purchase from Spiral Rain again.

Spiral Rain is AMAZING - Everything you need is in the box!!!
I was randomly roaming Youtube one day, when I came across an unboxing for a Spiral Rain subscription box. I LOVED the items I saw being pulled out of the box. I decided to search out similar videos and found that I was consistently excited by the Spiral Rain unboxings. I went to their website and was delighted that they had so many subscription options to choose from. They create 4 different boxes each month and you can order them in any combination (there is an Apothecary box, a Crystal box, a Witch box and an Ohm/self-care box.). I consider myself more New Age than Witchy, but I chose to get the Apothocary, Crystal and even the Witch box. I could not have been more thrilled when my August box arrived. The theme of 'Creativity' was right up my alley as a maker, and I really enjoyed the inclusions of DIY projects!

First I unwrapped the crystal 'box'. Although the items for all three 'boxes' were included in the single delivered box, each item was individually wrapped in color coded tissue paper, making it very easy to find all of the crystal items wrapped in pink. I relished each new surprise as I unwrapped an item. By the end, I could not believe that I had received a crystal grid mat and ALL 31 small crystals I needed to create the grid. I had all the materials I needed right out of the box.

Next I opened the black-wrapped items from the Witch 'box'. Boy was I surprised! There were all the supplies needed to create and dress two tapered beeswax candles. And, you get great instructions for each project in the huge packet of information Spiral Rain includes every month (but more about that later!). I had a beeswax sheet, plenty of wick, crystal chips and a specially formulated oil to include in my creation. But that wasn't all... there was a soy wax creativity jar candle and a jar of creativity incense included as well.

Finally it was time to dive into the green-wrapped Apothecary 'box' items. First, I pulled out two good sized jars of dried calendula, and chamomile flowers. The printed information taught me what a hydrosol was and how to make it using these two items. Again, they even provided me a large empty jar to store the final product in. Everything right out of the box!!! And there was more. I unwrapped several smaller bottles and a small tin of beeswax pellets. I had 2 bottles of essential oil, a small bottle of apricot oil, the beeswax, vitamin E oil, and a small empty tin. In the printed material were instructions on making your own solid perfume. And what do you with it when you've made it?? Why, you put it in that tiny empty tin!

There were a couple of additional items in the box as well, including the 85 page information packet. Yes, you heard me right - they send you a huge packet of information, printed in full color, with your order every month. It has information about the month, including the pagan holidays, the moon cycles, and the astrological sign. This is followed by a lot more information on a variety of topics such as spells and rituals, recipes, crystals, herbs and such. The final section of the packet is where you find the information about what is in you particular box(es). What it is, how it is used, and often includes both the traditional use and the magical uses.

I am so pleased with what I received and can hardly stand the wait for my September box. Each item was chosen thoughtfully, appeared well made, and I think the value was well worth the price. Spiral Rain is Canada based, but this did not seem to affect shipping at all as I received my box right after the start of the month. Whether you are a Witch, a healer, or just someone interested in herbs, crystals or self-care, I would whole heartedly recommend checking out Spiral Rain and what they offer.

I ordered all 4 of the boxes and a horoscope box. They were all lovely and I will be ordering more. Every month has a theme so I got a little of everything in each box for the chakras. Rani is very helpful and responds very quickly!

I received my combo box yesterday and WOW! The feelings and peace during the 20 minute unwrapping was a luxurious gift to myself and a wonderfully indulgent form of meditation. The pulled card was exactly what I needed. The art items are beautiful and everything just radiates love and care. I am excited for next months journey!
