Dear Carrie,

I deeply regret the inconvenience you have faced with my services, and I want to assure you that I always strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible.

I would like to clarify a few things based on your feedback and my records:

Voice Messages: I sincerely apologize for not being able to get back to you based on the voice message you left. Unfortunately, the message wasn't clear enough to decipher the contact details. However, I did prioritize your emails and made sure to respond to them within our promised 48-hour timeframe, I responded within 18 to be more exact.

Email Correspondence: According to my records, you reached out to me via email on March 12th for an Ostara box and March 28th asking me to create BOS pages listings, which I did. You then reached out to me one more time when your subscription renewd on June 15th, to have it canceled. All three of your requests were catered to promptly.

An email is sent to all of my subscribers a couple of days before their renewal to give them the chance to cancel their subscription before the renewal. I am sorry if you missed this email. My records show that it was sent.

Cancellation & Fees: Your subscription was canceled as soon as you requested it. As for the cancellation fees, they are clearly mentioned in our FAQs. The fees are levied by our payment processor, which is beyond our control. On a purchase of 10.80$, these fees are less than 1$. You decided to keep your subscription instead of cancelling and losing 1$.

Grimoire Magazine: I always send the magazine on the 1st of every month. The exception for September was informed to all subscribers in advance, in an email sent on August 30th, due to my unforeseen medical emergency. Like I mentioned and I was in the hospital becasue of kidney issues. Unfortunately being a 1 woman show, there isn't anyone other than me than could have finished writting the Magazine. Again, I apologize for having to be hospitalised and for the 6 day delay in delivering the magazine.

I completely understand that delays and unexpected issues can be frustrating, and I'm genuinely sorry that these issues coincided with personal challenges in your life.

My intent was never to cause distress, and I did offer a refund minus the payment processing fees to resolve the matter. I appreciate your feedback on the quality of the magazine, and I regret that the overall experience has made you hesitant about my service.

Feedback is a gift, and it helps me improve. I value every bit of feedback, even when it’s tough to hear. Please know I am always here to assist and ensure my subscribers are satisfied. Should you have any further concerns or queries, please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly, as I have always responded and you have always accused reception of my messages.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with me. I truly value each and every one of my customers, and I strive to provide the best possible service. As a family-owned business, every review affects my business, and I take each one to heart.

I wanted to clarify a few things for you. Firstly, regarding subscription boxes, my records show that you haven't purchased a subscription box since June 14th 2022. You also never contacted me regarding a box for September, I don’t quite understand your comment for September’s boxes especially knowing that if you would have written to me, I would have probably been able to make you happy, especially since there are some left.

If there were any questions or concerns about your order or the contents of your Mega Mystery box, I would have appreciated the opportunity to address them directly before a public review was made. I encourage all my customers to reach out to me directly at info@spiralrain.ca, especially if there are concerns, as I am always here to help.

Regarding your 2023 purchase, the only order I have on record for you this year is the Mega Mystery Box, on August 17th. This box was dispatched to the address you provided. Our courier made an attempt to deliver it on August 25th. However, it seems there was no one available to receive it. As a result, the box was sent to the nearest ICS Courier Center, which is approximately 9 minutes from your residence. Records indicate that you successfully picked it up on September 2nd.

It's essential to note that the Mega Mystery Box, as stated in the listing, does not come with written paperwork due to the significant discounts applied. You paid 60$ for over 300$ of content for a minimum of 15 items. Instead, I trust my customers will be delighted with the treasures that lie within. Should any questions arise regarding the contents, I have always invited my patrons to reach out directly to me for clarifications.

I can confirm that as of August 17th, 2023, I have no outstanding orders from you. This indicates that you've received all the items you've paid for. I am also confirming to you, that you haven’t purchase none of the 2023 subscription boxes. You purchased 4 subscription boxes in 2022 and 1 in 2021. Again, I don’t understand what other «half» items you were expecting from my store because, there are none to be sent. I just can’t comprehend your review and the 2 stars rating you left for my store. Maybe you didn’t read the Mystery Box listing completely and missed the part where it was clearly stated that no paperwork would be sent. Maybe you expected more than a box. I can’t guess, especially when you never reached out to me directly.
