I have contacted support there’s been over 80 emails back and forth , and they all lead to more waiting and disappointments. I can’t wait for this to be over and never have to deal with such an experience again from this platform . UPDATE AGAIN, after verifying my account my redemption has been pending for days, than i get told i need to verify my card again which i sent the verification they asked for and i got told it didn’t receive in their end but on my end it shows pending verification. Spindoo has put me through a series of events and i just want my redemption to close my account . Any other site would at least giving me free sc as a courtesy for all i been through but spindoo does not and i can’t get anywhere with anyone besides the same answers over and over again.
Another update, Now my account needs to be verified again, this is ridiculous. All i did was purchase coin package and didn’t receive what was promoted on there. It took days for me to receive my wheel and spins and the spins doesn’t work. Than today my account is restricted having to provide proof of what they asked for. I keep getting told it’s been escalated. My pending redemption is on hold now. A redemption from coins i had purchased about two days ago.also my free spins are set to be expired today so it seems like i will be losing out on that’s This is so wrong for me to have to go through all this. Once my account is back to normal and i receive my redemption, i will be closing my account .
Why is my account restricted? There’s no reason why it should be restricted if i live in a state that i can use spindoo, and i haven’t violated the terms . UPDATE! After threes days i received what was missing, the wheel i received worked fine but the spins were in a game that’s unavailable when i click on it . I tried searching the game in the search bar and it did not appear. Now today 4 days later my account is saying it restricted . I haven’t violated the terms and i reside in a state where spindoo services is offered. I sent proof of all this and now its a waiting game . I also have a withdraw that’s pending and i hope everything is straighten out so i can receive it. Thanks his has been an absolute nightmare when i all i did was try to enjoy this platform .
I purchased a promotional package that’s included a wheel and free spins but when i did that i never received the wheel or the free spins. Support tells me it’ll take 72 hours to get this resolved . It’s now over 48hrs I shouldn’t have to wait this long because of a mistake on their end .
