If I could give negative stars I would I made $800 and tried to cash out last night feeling happy with my wins I stopped for the night only to wake up this morning to see my account has been locked when I messaged support trying to figure out what I had did wrong all they said was they have the right to refuse my service and close my account at their discretion.. they never said I did anything wrong or anything just decided nope we aren't gonna pay her we will close her account down I didn't do anything wrong EDIT: I've also figured out that since I had a verified account with them they may have closed my account but they does not mean they are not aloud to pay me my redemption I am currently in the process of fighting them for my redemption and will be getting ahold of their licensing agency in the next 72 hours with all the proof I need for them to be in trouble

I’m not sure how they get all these good reviews something suspect or just people that havent accepted experienced a good legit customer supported American casino like speed sweeps richsweeps bang coins and moozi are the only ones in my experience that actually honor instant redemption claims and don’t delay the the process like spindoo and most all others do .they all have the same playbook first it’s is verification next is the reviewing of the redemption to figure out there’s any possible thing they can find reject your request which is 2 to 5 business days and they use all 5 then they get the weekend because it doesn’t count ok so that 7 day is when they decide to tell about the payment verification guess what another 3 - 5 business days to review info but they have no delays or isssues taking your money no verify then haha no issues then lol oh the best part is no live support so you wait 2 more days just to get a response that doesn’t answer any concern you may have just to tell you what you already have read and to trust they are taking care of it and thank you kindly for your patience 🤬🤬🤬🤬joke… needs big fat 0 star
