UPDATE: Have yet to receive my 257 free spins instead they are "offering out of good will" 53sc which totals 20cents X 257 🤣🤣

Poor customer support and unprofessional
I was told numerous times over and over that I had multiple accounts and violated policies that led to spindoo closing my account permanently yet when I asked for the information proving this accusation, because I knew this was an error, I got the same template email everytime over and over. It was not until I threatened to take further action with consumer agencies, was I finally forwarded onto someone to look into this further. Then finally, after 10 emails back and forth with support prior to this, I was told it was a mistake on spindoo's part and that I in fact did not have multiple accounts and my account was unlocked. Didn't receive any compensation for my time wasted, my frustration, or the fact I had to be pushed to threaten legal action before anyone would listen to me and provide me with proof. Very odd this came about days after I hit the jackpot for $900+ dollars. It was very upsetting and very unprofessional to say the least.

Seems like a great site. Lot of great providers.
I live in Tennessee and for some reason we are restricted from most of the legit online sites. This has just happened in the past year because I have been playing at a few of them for years. So I have to be very careful with which ones I can play on, because most of them are not regulated and basically just illegal. Luckily, I had been playing for years on legit online sites and I know the providers that can be trusted. Also the verification companies. My number one rule is to get verified before spending a dime. In my experiences, if they won't verify you first, that is a BIG red flag. This one actually makes you get verified before you can get anything. I forget which company they use, but it is a legit company. It's very easy. They have great bonuses. They have great providers and games. Great customer support. I don't rate casinos by how much I win or lose because it's called GAMBLING for a reason. I am not a high roller by any means. I just play every once in a while. If I get lucky and actually win a little, I usually just play it all back. I have won enough to cash out, but I haven't. So, I can't comment on that process yet. But I have actually had a good time playing without spending a fortune. That's always a good thing. That is why I would recommend them. If something changes I will definitely do an update, but as of right now, I would give them a chance.
