International shipping fees
So the cube and everything was perfect, but i had to pay 12,50 euros when I had to pickup the pack because international shipping might have fees. I know it's not speedcubing org fault but I'd like some reminder that international shipping might have fees.

Very smooth action. Easy on the hand/fingers. I would recommend this product especially if you have problems with your hands.

Fast delivery, quality products, packaging 👎
My order confirmation suggested I download the SHOP app to track my delivery (which was rubbish btw) but it arrived in good time and the cubes were all nicely boxed and brilliant. The only reason I give a 4, the packaging it was mailed in was rubbish. A ripped up jiffy envelope, surely you could've used a box.....

Brilliant service and great range of products
Brilliant service. Great selection of cubes. They had a rare cube that I was looking for in stock when other companies didn't. Will look to use again.

I placed an order and it still hasn't…
I placed an order and it still hasn't come. It's been 3 weeks. Tracking just shows it as in transit.
Have sent emails but still no reponse from seller.
No choice but to leave a negative review.

I have responded to your emails, I am willing to send you another one out as the original one probably got lost, I just need you to check with Royal Mail first to make sure they can't help, once Royal Mail collect an item it is out of my control.

Fantastic information on the website giving detailed pros and cons of the many cubes available. Very quick delivery of the two things I ordered (a cube and some lube). I’m so glad I didn’t order from the other website with a similar name - our son did that and is still waiting for his order after four weeks. This site is genuine and has advertised products in stock.
