I ordered at 19th March and I still haven’t gotten my order! It said it’ll come in 2 weeks and it’s been almost 3 weeks! This clearly isn’t being dispatched from the UK!

Like other reviews, the only reason they’re not getting 5 stars is that the store doesn’t make it absolutely clear that they’re not being dispatched from the U.K., but they do clearly state delivery times, so I should really have known. I was a little trepidatious when I received emails with Chinese language notifications and the tracking site turned out to be Chinese too, but most modern browsers translate those sites for you and tracking is accurate and up-to-date. My package of a GAN13 maglev and GAN Megaminx arrived within the advertised timescale and in terrific condition (no damage to the packaging). The puzzle cubes are both genuine and represent unbeatable value compared to other stores, so well worth the wait. I would certainly consider buying from them again.

It was well packaged, a few dents but considering the company being based in China it came quickly and safely and it was exactly what I paid for. I bought the GAN 356 M and it came in 10-15 days like specified. I also got it for incredibly cheap, £21 (including shipping). Since the GAN 356 M is £35 at retail price, I definitely saved a lot of money. Customer service was good, I contacted them about my tracking number and they replied within the next day providing it. Good service, I recommend!

The cube randomly arrived today, 9 weeks after I’d initially ordered it.
The cube is genuine and was well packed.
I had been concerned that this was a scam website as the cube had taken so long to arrive and all communication was ignored by the seller and the tracking website link led nowhere.

I would give zero stars if I could. Be very, very careful. They masquerade as a UK store but it’s a lie. My cubes never arrived and they ignore ALL my emails and online contact forms. Please report your experiences. We need to get these criminals shut down.

I only read the reviews after I have ordered and realized that the store is not UK based. Honestly, I was quite scared because of some customer experiences in the reviews and thought I've been scammed. After 12 days my items have arrived and they are original as described. I am happy with what I got and it was worth the wait. I am not giving them five stars because it wasn't clear from the beggining that this wasn't a uk based shop. I would definitely consider ordering there in the future.

the items arrived, but are extremely cheap feeling and not worth the amount paid. packaging and instructions all in chinese, I assume these are just cheap copies of a real brand.

I think that this speed cube shop is worth it. i bought a gan 356 XS and it came in the correct time (business days). I recently bought a gan 251 m leap UV and i am waiting but they have already arrived to London after 6 days ( i live in Liverpool). The fact that they deliver all the way from Hong Kong and you still get it rapidly. The price for the cubes is the lowest i have ever seen and even delivery is free for orders over £20. Sure you might get the wrong cube but what im saying is you can risk it for the biscuit.

I didn't get the cube. AND I didn't get back my money. Speedcubestore doen not respond my emails. Speedcubestore didn't answer the question to registrate itself on KLACHTENKOMPAS in the Netherlands. This was asked by the Dutch Consumentenbond.
Therefore I advise you: Do not buy anything at Speedcubestore.com .

It took 10 days to arrive which is decent but it didn't come with the MoYu Cube Stand.

Ordered 4 cubes inc Moyu RS3M 2022 MagLev and a £5 mystery puzzle. Dispatched super fast. Order took 11 days to arrive from China. Online tracking worked (eTower autotranslated by Chrome and Royal Mail) and kept me suitably reassured/tantalised.
Products sensibly packaged and exactly as advertised. £5 mystery is a QiYi 5x5, so I'm very happy (if a little daunted, I can barely solve a 3x3!)
As long as you're aware this is a China-based company (albeit UK registered for VAT) shipping from China, I think it's a good (and extremely good value) shop.

Pleasantly surprised. I ordered in haste and didn’t check the reviews, after reading the reviews, I thought I would be let down. However, my order arrived within the 7 day target despite all the post strikes and bad reviews. Really well packaged and exactly as I would have wanted. I am really really happy with the service and the product (marble night city) the only reason I haven’t given 5 stars for a perfect service is because the web page does make it look like they are a UK operator and I find that a bit concerning, they should be more honest about that but as I say the delivery and the product were really excellent. The package arrived in time for Christmas and actually came quicker than some items I had bought within the uk.

Avoid at all costs!! Placed an order on 27/11 for my Grandson’s Xmas present. Emailed twice - no response!! Having read other comments on here I decided to check shipping. Apparently the items have “partially shipped”. But when you hit “track package” it takes you to a Chinese shipping company. I have my fingers crossed that it does arrive and that I can put this experience down to the UK postal strike.
Update- my son worked out the tracking process and located the ordered goods at Heathrow. They eventually arrived on 29/12/22. So I will put the delay down to the Royal Mail strike. However, my rating remains unchanged as a result of their non-existent customer service. Quite simply they do not respond!!

Great price and arrived from China in two weeks during a period of postal strikes in the UK - not bad. Well packaged and genuine products (Gan Mosaic 10x10 - £107). Had tracking number so could follow the shipment throughout its journey. Thank you!

They pretend they are UK but clearly they are not. Therefore your parcel will not arrive on time! Don't bother go somewhere else.

I first ordered from speedcubestore.co.uk in August 2022. I knew that the company was based in China - there is a page on their website where this is made clear - but the availability and price of the item my son wanted made it worth waiting slightly longer for delivery. We placed an order for a low value item and it was delivered within the estimated timescale. Having had one problem-free experience, I placed a new, higher value order in November for my son’s Christms present. I figured I just about had time and actually it came well within the estimated delivery timescale and was well packed. It appears to be what I ordered - I can't comment on authenticity as I'm not the intended recipient so haven't opened the box and I wouldn't know how to tell if it's genuine anyway. I'm giving this transaction a low score, however, because I accidentally ordered two of everything due to a connection error that made me think my order and payment had not gone through. Ok, my mistake not theirs, but I emailed as soon as I realised and requested to cancel one of the orders but got no response. My follow up emails we're also ignored and they sent me two of everything which I am now stuck with because there's no customer service to arrange a return and refund. Zero stars for customer service.

Good prices, however the website is misleading as it states postage via Royal Mail, suggesting a UK based company. The company is in fact based in China and therefore delivery took longer than the specified 6-12 days - it took approx 16 days to arrive.
That said, the item appears to be genuine and it arrived well packaged.

This company obtained my order by fraud. On 17th November I placed an order of £111.98 with the company ‘Speed Cube Store’ web address:

I believed they were a UK based store. This is because they use a .co.uk website address and state delivery is by Royal Mail within 6-12 days. I needed the goods within 12 days at the latest as the order was advent calendar gifts.
However when my tracking information arrived the next day in CHINESE it was clear I had been scammed and that this is NOT a UK based company. Eventually I was able to get access to the English tracking page by exploring the issue online, as the company totally ignored my email asking for an explanation as to why they were sending Chinese tracking info.
The tracking showed my order was not even dispatched until 25th November,
8 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT. It also shows my order will arrive by airmail at the end of December/beginning of January!!!
This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and useless to me being at least 4-6 weeks late!! I contacted the company AGAIN by email AND using their online contact form, requesting an immediate refund. They have completely IGNORED me. Aside from pretending to be a UK company it is also very suspicious that their proof of purchase and tracking emails state SPEED CUBE SHOP UK but their website is SPEED STORE UK - they appear to be trying to assume the identity of another online shop called Speed Cube Shop.com. I am now in the process of securing a refund from my bank and reporting this company for fraud.

Wrong cube delivered, some cheap trashy one, instead of magnetic one, so I doubt it's on purpose. Once the store answer and send another cube, I'll set more good comments here, but till then, recommendation is same as the mis-delivered product: total trash.

I ordered two 2x2 cubes. You only packed one. Refund that part of the order OR send me the cube.

If you do not, I will be reporting you to the police in order to get my money back.
