Spoke with a lovely lady from spectrum services today called Emily. The service I received today went above and beyond all expectations. Very polite and helpful and also highlighted things included on my warranty I wasn't even aware of. This kind lady is a credit to your company. Absolutely delighted with the service received today. Thankyou again Emily.

Had a problem with my daughters car which had a warrenty with Spectrum. Contacted them and followed their instructions. Within 24 hours the car had been repaired and back in my hands, job done. Now tell me where you can get that service in record time, with no fuss and expert customer service. Thats what I call exceptional first class service, what one would like to see more often. When had a problem with the car spoke to someone very quick but had to get the car to a garage just under 2 hours away from me if recovered had to pay for that myself and also if I took it to a local garage I would have to pay the difference in labour! Not happy with that at all? I thought paying a lot extra for warranty would make it easier to sort the problem I was mistaken

I was very pleased with the service from Spectrum. I had confirmation of the repair being approved much more quickly than I had expected. The adviser was Emily - she gave me very clear details of the garage's analysis, and answered my questions. Emily also explicitly said what the cost of repair was, and that we definitely did not have to pay anything as it was all covered by Spectrum. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service received.

Initially I found it very difficult to get hold of someone. I used the callback option and never received a call, so had to call twice more.
When I eventually got a call back, I spoke to Lois who was absolutely brilliant. She was really helpful, very supportive and took the time to talk me through the process and explain exactly what I needed to do!!

Spoke to Daniel who dealt with my claim efficiently. Would recommend!
