Charlie Spa World Newcastle
On entering the Just Spas store in Newcastle, it was such a refreshingly calm space.
We looked at a couple of the size and shape we were interested in. Charlie introduced us to the differences in the Spas, and how they worked etc.
He informed of all the additional items, pricing, pumps, steps etc.
We were not pressured to deposit and money, or made to feel compromised. I needed my husband to see the Spa I was interested in, although Charlie was not working the next day, he offered to meet in the showroom to explain all the information again to my husband. On checking sizes, although my heart was set on the larger Spa, we agreed upon the next size down, to accommodate the Spa and heat pump and stairs.
He came to our home the same day to see for himself to check the space and ensure it would fit, cover had enough room etc.
No pressure at all, just genuine guidance and understanding.
I am feeling comfortable the next stage, Spa build, checks install etc, operation, we will recieve the same guidance. So excited to know we will be swimming and exercising very soon.

Great Customer Service
The moment we walked in the shop we were greeted by Fred even though he was serving another customer. When it was our turn to be served Fred answered all our questions and allowed us time to make a decision without pressuring us. The purchase process was smooth.
10/10 service and experience!
Recently purchased a spa from Spa World Newcastle. Very happy with the professional knowledge, patience and service received from Charlie. We never felt pushed or rushed in our decision. The showroom is set up beautifully and being allowed to sit in the spa to try them out for size and fit reassured our purchase. Would highly recommend.

We recently purchased a spa from the Warner's Bay Spa World.
One of the best places we visited. Displays were amazing, so many products set up and working to show how they all operate.
Our salesman Charlie was on point.
He knew everything about their products, he was a wealth of knowledge.
He made our purchase hassle free and excellent customer service.
We absolutely love our new spa.

When entering Braybrook Store, Victoria Nick was so welcoming and remembered our names and was able to answer questions we had about the spa we purchased. Have recommended Spa World to friends and family.
Extremely poor communication
Originally was going to purchase a spa and a pergola. Decided to purchase a spa elsewhere but still wanted to purchase the pergola. Initially I was told 2 weeks for delivery for the pergola and then told 8-10 weeks. Still waiting for the pergola. Have emailed twice for an update and spoken on live chat and I still have not received a reply. Extremely poor communication. I will never purchase from SpaWorld again

From the moment I first contacted Michael, he was knowledgeable, friendly, thought outside the box and is just generally an exceptional human. The purchase transaction was smooth, quick and efficient, as was the delivery service. All questions were answered without the hint of an eye roll with the promise of follow up calls. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We were delivered the wrong spa with wrong colour cabinet. Which I realised, not them.
We were then told by HO that that container of spas were intended for New Zealand and not Perth Western Australia. I don't know how all the other customers in Perth are getting on with their spa purchase but after 4 months we have not had a drop of water in ours as yet. Still waiting on the proper cabinet to be installed. (You know.... the one we ordered! )This is after they replaced the original cabinet with an inferior cabinet and hoped we didn't notice. Oh and I might mention that the removalist guys were given the job of drilling holes and installing the replacement cabinet. They told me they had never done this before!! I was mortified and thought this should be the job of a Spaworld technician. According to Head Office it is.
Now waiting another 6 weeks for this cabinet to be replaced. And were waiting three weeks to get one of their technicians to do a handover. Haven't seen him yet so I am getting another spa tech to show me how it works.... at my cost.
Honestly this company's service is a joke and seem to have a licence to print money. Once you've purchased they want to see the back of you....especially if you have a complaint. We have given them the option to remove and give our money back but that seems to fall on deaf ears.
But its heartwarming to see that the CEO flys especially to Spain to crane a spa in on site somewhere special. And then somewhere else in Europe....Good on you Andrew! Good to see you're fixing the problems your company are creating in Australia.

I was delivered the wrong spa but Florian was absolutely amazing and deserves a payrise
I was delivered the wrong spa. I was allowed to keep the incorrect one as it took a while to get the new one due to lack of stock which was appreciated. The company was good in replacing it, paying for the electrician to uninstall the incorrect one and reinstall the new one. It has taken ages to get the spa concierge - I was told I was not eligible for one even though it was on my order form - I had to send the documents to show it and finally someone is coming soon. I felt the pre-sales service was great, but the post service communications were abysmal. The company was very unresponsive in getting back to me and my emails kept being returned as undelivered. I don't know what I would have done without a wonderful employee called Florian who I felt was the only person who was able to achieve anything. He would regularly call me back, forward emails on my behalf, contact the person I was unable to contact or unable to email even though they were in my safe senders. He did everything is such a professional, kind, helpful way, if it was not for him my experience would have been a 'one star'. I would give him five stars so please Spaworld, consider promoting this person and giving him a payrise as he is invaluable. Thank you so much Florian for everything.

Couldn’t be happier
We could not be happier with our Vortex Xenon spa, thanks to our wonderful sales consultant Lisa C. She took the time to listen and understand our specific needs, site constraints and budget and recommended the perfect spa for us. Lisa stayed in contact with us through the whole process from selection, and preparing our home to delivery and installation day!
Great experience
Very helpful staff. Before purchasing our spa the staff answered all of our questions and explained the features of the spas really well. After purchasing our the staff have continued to support us and keep us informed about how to best care for our spa. They make testing the water easy and convenient and always give us advice and directions to improve the water quality.

We were doing the rounds of spa shops…
We were doing the rounds of spa shops to get ideas of costs, type of spa etc but we got no further than Spa World at Campbelltown/Gregory Hills as Lilly was SO helpful, friendly and informative with great deals and specials that we actually bought a corner spa (Fisher 2) which we have the perfect spot for AND a Linear 1-person sauna (which we both fitted in). My husband is a builder and is constantly in pain; we look forward to him having a pain-free future.

Would love to write a review about their service BUT can’t even get through on the 1300 number to advance to a sale. DO NOT press 1 to schedule a callback as it does not come, what a waste of time.
New spa
Our salesman, Charlie at Warner's Bay was fantastic. I found him to be honest and full of knowledge.
The after sales problems are a different matter. Our cover had a forklift prong through it and two of the lights don't work. Still waiting a fortnight later for both to be fixed/replaced. They are not very quick fixing problems.
