Disgusting Customer service
Spa itself is fine. A couple of people we dealt with are ok.
Staff behind the scenes who are supposed to coordinate the whole thing are terrible.
I have had multiple conversations with the complaints department about my disgust of having to do their job for them.
Still waiting for the manager to call me back after I said I want to speak to the CEO about this disgusting experience and how I am training their staff of their own policies and procedures. I would never buy from this company again.

Theo was a great salesperson providing us with all the information we needed to make an informed choice of spa. He, and the Spa World team kept in touch from payment of deposit, all through to delivery and the experience was seamless. We highly recommend Theo and Spa World.
Brilliant experience
We recently purchased a swim spa from Theo and had so many questions along the way. Theo has been so responsive and made the whole experience seamless. We’re now looking at our dream backyard right in time for Christmas! I highly recommend Spa World and Theo if you’re wanting to turn your dream into reality!
Poor service, delivery and communication
Ordered 2 bottles of pool chemicals 6th of December $348.00 in total. Items have not been delivered and no communication. Would have been easier to get at local pool store and pay the extra $20. Poor service and communication

I feel that the Spa World Adelaide Mile End team really deeply understand the customer experience.
Steve, Ruby and Tom all communicated well, gave excellent advice, supported us with a delivery issue around the electrics, and convey assurance because they really DO know these products.
Highly disappointed with Spa World
Highly disappointed with Spa World and it’s post purchases customer service and support.
Purchase date 24th September
Given an approximate delivery date 14th November on a Mercury Spa that we were told was available.
(It wasn’t the timber colour but due to its availability we decided to go ahead)
We spent all of October trying to get an official confirmation on our delivery, with a preference of the crane to be arranged for a smooth installation.
Your Spa World Concierge is nonexistent!!!!
We tried multiple times to escalate our concerns and even tired the salesperson Lilly Gregory Hills who basically ignored us after the purchase.
Then when you finally give us a date, you follow up with conflicting information making it impossible to coordinate the crane we personally had to arrange cause your company could not assist us.
And when you do decide to deliver your company does it when “SEVERE WEATHER WARNINGS” have been advised for the day of delivery 29th November
So, thank you so much for the stress and totally lack of customer service.
We have now have a spa filled with storm water in our front yard and also a damaged lawn from your truck and no forecast of when we can crane it into our backyard due to the current weather situation.
And to top it off the same spa is now cheaper than our purchase price which we were told was an incredible great price at the time of purchase.
Shocking customer and delivery service
Our experience with the Dandenong store has been truly dreadful once we handed over the 30% deposit. We were advised by Trent that any follow up questions would be welcomed "anytime", however he would not respond to our calls, text messages and even provided my partner with the wrong technical information to provide to our tradespeople. My partner had to drive 1.5hrs to the store to get the correct technical specifications because Trent would not return his calls. On the day we paid the deposit, we had booked the delivery for 4 December, only to find out the delivery wasn't even booked. After countless calls from myself and my partner, the delivery proceeded to Saturday 2 December. Prior to delivery I had made countless calls to find out how to pay given we applied for finance for the spa, and no one was able to provide us with adequate assistance to provide the link so we could pay the funds across to Spaworld. Again my texts to Trent remained unanswered. Fast forward to Saturday 2 December, the crane company delivered the spa, who I must say was outstanding, only to be advised that Spaworld willingly delivered a damaged product to us. We have the consignment details proving that Spaworld was well aware of the damage and the photos. We are now holding a spa that is damaged in 4 places and as far as I'm concerned completely unacceptable. No one bothered to call to advise of the damage and to ask whether we would accept delivery, yet someone thought it was a good idea to proceed with delivery. Your service is unacceptable and I would like the manager of our account to contact either myself or my partner to resolve as we will never recommend Spa world again. It is impossible to talk to any level of management on the 1300 number, you always get someone different. We have called so many times and there is not one capable staff member that can resolve our issues with a damaged spa or even when the spa will be connected!! We will proceed with legal action if our issues are not resolved to our satisfaction. What was meant to be an exciting time for us has been truly stressful and upsetting to say the least, bear in mind we bought an expensive 6mtr swim spa! If I could give zero stars I would. Please do not deal with this company, you will not get anyone to resolve your issues or even understand what you are saying. I wonder where upper management is hiding??

Before we started looking at swim spas we were told to test prior to buying. This made sense to us given the costs and our kids both swim squad. We were surprised how many shops said no you can’t test it. This however was not a problem at Spa World Dandenong
We booked in a swim test with Trent and didn’t need to go anywhere else. Trent made us feel comfortable in purchasing the right swim spa for us without any ‘sales’ pressure. We went with the Vortex Aqualap

Exceptional Service & Follow up
We highly recommend Spa World Dandenong and sales consultant Theo Katzourakis for all of your spa and swim spa needs. We found Theo to be very experienced and knowledgeable. He has a lovely relaxed manner. No high pressure sales techniques here which was a great relief. His attention to detail and follow up is next level. If you are in the market then look no further than Spa World Dandenong and Theo!

This issues I had were plentiful
This issues I had were plentiful, from the state sales manager dissing me in an email to other staff when I asked too many questions, to various and very different instructions and notifications. Not one but three concierges. Plans of where to be placed to be handed to them to send to delivery hots not fine. List goes on. Sales I would never go through again. After sales handover was v poor with the guy not knowing the Spanet system at all and in fact seeing it incorrectly which cost me a lot of $ first elec bill. A year later, that is, a year and four months after delivery, a major issue where half the spa was suddenly not working and no one in my regional area to assist until they finally went with someone I’d recommended originally that ‘wasn’t on their books’. It is now working. What happened? It had somehow taken itself out of its actual interface to say it was a model 2 so was only doing model 2 things when it’s a model 3. It should never have been able to do that in the first place. Very strange! That was fixed and the new comms cord (probably unnecessarily) put in and it’s all good now except the guy tested the water and the chlorine is really really high. Like too too high. As in ‘follow their instructions at the spa company and stuff the spa up eventually’ high. This is the guy they didn’t want to use because he wasn’t on their books but they had no one else in bendigo so rang me and asked what his name was. He’s brilliant. He gave me some fantastic tips for the water and I will not follow the instructions of spa world Re that anymore and all should be well. They don’t treat you as an individual and were giving me instructions for a spa heated far higher than I personally like. And - It’s a very disturbing situation when they sell regionally but don’t have service people in the area for warranty work! It should be illegal! But all well and good now. I’ll check what’s under warranty for future reference but I know the person I trust. I thank R, service and warranties who is actually from NZ, for being funny and on top of things, and the guys at Spanet who were fantastic, Dean specially, they can talk you through a lot of stuff on the phone. Lovely guys! I did want SW to take the spa back but they wouldn’t and it IS v good; it’s just some people really don’t care. They really don’t. It’s just a job. But some, as mentioned above, are great! I thank SW for their comments below.

Trent's knowledge is second to none, it's so nice these days to find someone who can answer all our questions. We've had our swim spa & vortex pergola for over 6 months and couldn't be happier. It has become the most popular area of our backyard
Even after delivery no question was too hard and Trent always made the time to come back to us

We decided to upgrade our ‘cheap’ spa…
We decided to upgrade our ‘cheap’ spa after constant breakdowns. After driving around numerous spa shops we visited Spa World Dandenong and met Trent. Trent took the time to understand what we were looking for and match us with the Jacuzzi J-375. We placed our initial deposit and came back for our test which Trent arranged. We were so happy to try it out and could not believe the difference from our current spa. Delivery also happened 3 months earlier than expected as another customer had been delayed by their builder
Thanks so much Trent and the team we love our Jacuzzi, it’s soooo much better than our cheap spa
upsetting
My spa got craned into place and then was told as they unwrapped it that 2 panels had been damaged in the warehouse. Then waiting about 2 months for new panels to arrive. No handover on the spa had to ask for this. Our patio came with no base plates, bolts or motor. They did however get these out to me the next day as I had installers waiting. but the plates and motor came no bolts. They did send us some vouchers. used the vouchers to purchase items in stock only to be told that they are on back order and had to wait. I waited over a month for an item only to get it missing a part and have to wait again another month.
Will not use again
Will not use again. Ordered a spa cover online, which at no point said out of stock, to be advised once they had my money that it would take 4 weeks to arrive as they had no stock. 4 weeks later, advised it will take at least another 8 weeks to arrive so asked for my money back……. Crickets from them in relation to my money.
Additionally, the front page of their website promotes a 5 star trustpilot rating….. simply a lie!!!!
5 Stars for Lilly at Spa World
We recently bought a Swimspa through Lilly Sifri who manages the Clearance products online. Her communication was excellent and she was very knowledgeable and courteous. The purchase was efficient and we felt relieved that the process was problem free and delivery is on plan. Thank you Lilly
Excellent Customer Service
We ordered our Vortex Hydrozone Pro Plus spa through Charlie at Warners Bay Spa World in September 2021. He was both knowledgeable and helpful and was able to answer our many questions with ease, making the whole experience quite easy. I cannot fault his customer service. We would highly recommend you pop in and have a chat with him if you are thinking of purchasing a spa or spa pool. He knows his stuff. :)
