Unreliable people
I have returned a product but never received refund. They don't reply my email and neither attend phone call. They owed my £60. I would say be careful to place any order.

Scam website. Do not use. Have had e-Mail correspondence with vendor repeatedly saying the product has shipped but never receive a tracking number or product. Currently have an open ticket with PayPal for a refund.
#UPDATE# 15mins after posting this original thread I received a full refund from SparesHut.

SCAMMERS!
Absolutely shocking customer service. I placed an order on the 27th June 2023 for two replacement dyson heads, only one arrived on the 4th July. I have had only one reply from the company via email despite sending over 8 emails and they have said both items have been dispatched however may arrive separately, asked for an ETA and tracking... no response. Opened a case with PayPal to request my refund for the missing part and the seller has said both items have been delivered, provided tracking confirmation of delivery for the replacement head that arrived no mention of the other part?! Absolutely disgusting scammers!! Now their website is not live and never answer any phone calls.

Ordered a Shark battery on 24 June…
Ordered a Shark battery on 24 June 2023. Had an email to say it had been dispatched 30 June 2023 for delivery. Sent an email to contactspareshut.co.uk on 6 July 2023 to ask for an update on my order.
I've still not heard anything back. There is no way to contact them via online chat, and I have no idea if this battery has ever been dispatched or is on its way.
TLDR: said item was out for delivery but never received, tried to contact them with no reply. Don't bother ordering from SparesHut.
Now to try to get my money back...
EDIT: I did eventually get my money back, but only after raising a PayPal dispute. Company didn't seem bothered at all to reply to emails.

Slow delivery but gets there eventually.
After not receiving my item 4 days after the later end of their estimated delivery and no tracking number, I emailed them to double check there wasn’t anything wrong with the order. I have sent them 3 emails asking if there is an issue. This company doesn’t reply to emails, their phone number doesn’t connect to anyone and their web chat function on the website doesn’t get any contact back either. I googled them and started to panic after reading the previous reviews and thought my money was long gone.
HOWEVER, I received my Dyson part today (a week late) and on comparing it to the old one it does appear to be a genuine part, thank god!
The customer return address on the box is a unit in Chippenham and there is another address for a unit in Hardwicke on the label. The address on their website is central London. I have absolutely no idea where this company is based or where I would need to go if there is an issue with the part - but if you are VERY patient, they do appear to send your order out eventually.
Customer service in the meantime though is very poor, hence the 4 stars. I think if they were a bit more realistic with their delivery times, it wouldn’t be an issue.
**UPDATE** On 8 July I rec’d a £10 refund for the delayed delivery, which wasn’t expected and appreciated. And makes me feel a bit better ordering from them in the future as they don’t appear to be a scam company. I’ve been using the Dyson part every day and it is working perfectly. Patience is key!

You have to be very, very, patient.
Oh dear, this company really doesn't do itself any favours. On the plus side the Dyson products are genuine and they are cheap, although nothing with the name Dyson on it is cheap. On the downside, they over promise and under deliver. They give you an expected delivery date which is very optimistic and this is where everything goes pear shaped. The item doesn't arrive so you go on the website and the tracking button is a dead link which doesn't go anywhere. Then you phone them, only to receive a recorded message saying all their lines are busy. This happens irrespective of which time you call. The message asks you to leave a message and then promptly cuts off the call. In desperation I contacted PayPal and asked them to investigate. The item, a battery, did arrive 2 days later. 2 days after that I got an email from Spares Hut with details of the carrier (Parcelforce) and a tracking number! If only they had been more honest with their delivery dates and had a tracking number and answered their phones everything would have been fine. Like many reviewers on Trustpilot I was beginning to wonder if the whole thing was a scam. It turns out it wasn't but the company does do a pretty good job of convincing you that it is!

No delivery, no response
No update on order after two weeks, which was given an estimated delivery last week yet today the tracking still shows it as being processed. No replies to email sent last week and the telephone number takes you to an answer machine that cuts you off before you can leave a message.
Fortunately I paid via PayPal. They are already aware of this company's reputation so provided an instant refund. Shame I hadn't spotted these reviews sooner.

Order placed 10 June, still not received my items.
Final update
They contacted me and my filter has been delivered.
It took a while, but I received all my items and they are genuine Dyson spares, rather than produced by third parties, which means they work perfectly!

They have been in touch again and are looking at why my filter hasn’t been delivered. I hipe this will be resolved soon.

Part of my order has arrived and it's as described. The communication is very slow and I am still waiting for the filter to arrive, though they emailed to say it had been sent
. The part I needed was out of Stock at Dyson, therefore waiting a couple of weeks for it didn't seem too much. However I expected the filter to be sent faster. I placed an order on 10 June and received an email on 19 June to say my order was "on the way", but though it mentioned a tracking number, there was no tracking number only an order number and no link on their website to access tracking information. I have tried to contact them on the phone, but the line goes dead after one ring.

Different item arrived according to description- used it as I was desperate to start using my hoover.
Broken within 5 months - tried contacting via phone and email and no response
Do not buy from this company!
After this review - spares hut contacted me and sent me a replacement Dyson Motörhead free of charge as within warranty.
Very grateful for this - but shouldn’t take a review like this to help fix the problem.

Like the previous reviews. Paid for a part via PayPal and no item. Emailed several occasions requesting a refund, no response and no refund. I will give them 24 hours to respond or I’ll escalate to PayPal. Save yourself the waste of time involved chasing and avoid this company.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. I needed a washer pump to get my van back on the road. It was ordered on Sunday, confirmed on Monday (Bank Holiday) and delivered on Tuesday. You just can’t beat that plus it was a great price.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!! It’s been 3 weeks since I placed an order and haven’t received my goods, nor have I been able to receive a response from the company to get an update.
Update: After filing a complaint with PayPal the company refunded the money. However the fact that they would not respond to my queries directly is a red flag. The response below asking for more details of my order is nearly 2.5 months after my initial review.

Beware! They take the money, then don’t respond
Wrote about my order #HUT3180 three times, received an initial answer it is being looked at, then no response. Money has been quickly taken out of my Credit Card, but no update whatsoever and no response from their customer service... No wonder the prices are attractive if nothing gets sent, or no refund given.

Item never arrived. They don't answer phones and don't reply to emails. claim not raised with PayPal. Phone number company name is different to their company... Not a good sign

update... company replied to my review saying they didn't recognise my details (which is course is just rubbish or dreadful record keeping on their part!). I provided the details to the company via trust pilot as requested (if you don't the review gets taken down) and surprisingly the shareshut team never replied... these type of replies from companies appear to be made to suggest the reviews aren't genuine

Possible scam, demanding for payment after PayPal dispute
This place is I expect a scam, ordered in November. Didn't receive my order or tracking, I asked for tracking or some contact regarding my order.
They said it was dispatched and blamed the strikes at the time? No response when asked for tracking. I advised if I don't hear soon I would have to contact PayPal.
I made a dispute with PayPal after no response.
6 months later I receive an email demanding me to pay the outstanding amount as I recieved a refund from PayPal. They said my order was recieved, but again it was not and there is no tracking to confirm this.
Do yourself a favour if you read the reviews... don't buy from here. It's a scam...
Also they have a Gmail email address under their email to use for contact? So this is very suspicious. Why would a company with their own domain email also use a Gmail email for contact.
*Update* I have contacted you several times with no response but received another email from you demanding money when you have ignored my email. This is harassment at this point. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS ITEM

No means of contact
There is no way of contacting this company. No one answers the phone, waited for 1 hour. Emails go unread even when they ask you for information. Live chat is just a bot that tells you to email them to the email address they don't check. Really poor.
