Terrible low grade Dyson type motor and terrible return policy
SELLER REFUSED TO COVER RETURN POSTAGE DESPITE:
This motor is not YDK as advertised and so is not the same 1 as Dyson use.
It has plastic cable ties on a stator which will melt.
One brush connecting wire is poorly attached.
It has signs of use and many marks and scratches.
It does not have a capacitor across the brushes. Seriously!
It does not have a thermal safety cutout device - as is seen externally on all genuine motors.
There is no way I'm fitting this as it's potentially dangerous, will create interference without that capacitor and will definitely be short lived as the brushes will arc without one.
Garbage.

Absolute nightmare dealing with these…
Absolute nightmare dealing with these .3 strimmer spools ordered all totally wrong parts .and it's through b and q .so if you need spares what are correct don't bother

Good Service
I’ve give 4 stars despite receiving the wrong item to begin with…..but that was the fault of Amazon and not Spares2go. They responded swiftly to my email about the wrong item and sent correct package with return postage label for the other item. I’d say delivery is not speedy but average 2nd class and free! It was rather frustrating waiting a second time to receive my package. I’ve used Spares2Go a couple of times as their prices are reasonable and pretty much have any spares needed! I would certainly recommend them.
