Where do I start as someone who suffers from a few illnesses and panics when I need some work done at home southcoast boiler team made feel at ease , couldn't of been more friendlier fixed my leak in no time and even hoovered up.

I recently gave south coast boilers a call regarding a breakdown on my boiler and the person on the phone could not of been more helpful! They talked me through a possible solution on what the problem could have been and turns out they resolved on the phone and wasn’t even charged! He gave us a quick competitive quote, inspected what was needed to replace, with a boiler to our vendors choice. The work was then undertaken within a week in a very efficient way. His operatives on site were polite and did a perfect job all in one day.

Great service from a great company
Great service from a very professional company. I had a new Worcester Bosch boiler installed in July 2022. The guys who fitted it were excellent and went the extra mile in doing a very good job.
Found them on Which Trusted Trader listing. I can highly recommend them.
Boiler making a racket
Boiler making a racket - I went to South Coast Boilers Ltd following recommendation. The issue was promptly identified and a young guy was sent to do the Job (Re-Piping under the Sink and to the Boiler) My guess it's up there with rotten Jobs to do! My engineer (Ben) was superb, uncomplaining and very Professional even after 3.5hrs under the Sink. Worth 5 Stars All day long.

James and the team were incredibly helpful and accommodating from the get go.
Steve and Andy were prompt and skilled in their approach to the job as well as being friendly and efficient.
Highly recommend and will be using again without doubt!

Very impressed with South Coast Boiler Services. I had struggle to even get other plumbers to come and give me a quote but James was able to not only give me a very competitive quote but arranged for the work to be carried out within the next week. Great service and highly recommended

Best Plumbers Ever!!! Cannot recommend highly enough!
I don’t often leave a review but in this instance I really feel I must. My boiler died a sudden death on Sunday and after a desperate call to South Coast Boiler Services, Richard turned up to save the day just 3 hours later. He was on his way for a meal out but still found the time and enthusiasm to turn up. That is what I call going above and beyond!
I have used them before and now I will not be using anyone else EVER! Steve previously did work around our old property and moved all old pipes out of the floor to avoid the risk of any unknown leaks in the future. He did this without being asked! They act like it is their own home and you can’t ask more than that can you?
James attended our property on Boxing Day to fix my leaking shower and Sally always answers my calls and sets me right, she is amazing. In fact they are all amazing as well as courteous and professional and very tidy.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. By using South Coast Boiler Services you are getting a ‘gang’ of most excellent plumbers. Thanks Guys and Sally of course! 😊👍

Needs Investigating!!!!
In my time of need, my insurance company use them to fix their clients. I was one, he came out, played around for a long time upstairsand downstairs, concluded that my 9, year old house has blocked pipes and needed force flushing... of course the insurance company don't cover this, he quote £400 odd pounds but insisted if it didn't work, we will need to re-pipe the whole upstairs... PLUS insisted I pay upfront.... Something just didn't sit right in my heart ... finally managed to get another plumber out, I didn't mention the previous plummer or comments, within 20 minutes, found the issue on the boiler, replaced the sensor and its been fantastic since!
He's a rip off cowboy .... do not use them!!!!! I have since left this insurance company too!

Again, very dodgy reply.... you were aiming on me getting another plumber in to do a "flush" ..... all it was, was a blocked sensor!
And your company, who was used by Corgi as well, has been "servicing" my boiler for 7 years .... and all of a sudden there are a whole lot of issues with my boiler LOL no .... this is again your way of getting paid privately.... OUT OF CONTACT PRICES!!!!
You thought I was a gullible woman! NOT!!!!
The FACT is, you tried to screw me, I got another plumber in, didn't tell him of your opinion, he sorted it out within minutes!
This situation was reported to the insurance company who did an investigation and they paid me the money I had to spend in order to get heating!!!!
The FACT is, you didn't care that my mother of 83 was in the house, all you wanted was to replace the pipes in a 9 year old house!
The FACT is, what you claim about the instalation is bogus and again, probably wanted yo make more money "fixing it" .... no .... in my opinion, you're a cowboy plumber and I recommend, in my opinion, people, ESPECIALLY insurance companies..... don't use you!

Deteriorating service
I first used this company in 2015 to install a nest thermostat at a property in Bournemouth. I was impressed with James’s keenness to win the business and the engineer that was sent to fit the thermostat was very efficient & knowledgeable. I then went on to instruct the company to carry out annual gas safety checks each year through to 2021. In 2017 the company fitted another nest thermostat at a second property. A few days later they were back to repair the failed boiler and we were happy to leave them keys to access the property to fit a new pump. We then went on to ask them to do annual boiler services at this property too through to 2021. So that’s at least 10 occasions I had used the company and paid their invoices promptly. In October 2021 I took their advice to fit a new fan and electrode to the boiler. I asked them to go ahead as per their quote and arranged a date for the part to be fitted on a Monday morning. On the Friday beforehand, having made special arrangements to be available on the Monday, and wanting to be sure the appointment would be kept, I contacted the office to check everything was ok and that the fan had been ordered. It turned out this hadn’t happened. Also there were two possible fans and they didn’t know which one was needed. In a fraught exchange with Sally, I suggested they ordered both as they had created this problem. Sally said that wasn’t possible. I was then referred to James who said they had worked out which fan was needed but I needed to pay in full upfront for it to be fitted. Wanting the job to be done, I was left with no option but to pay. The work was carried out and the boiler appeared to be working ok when the engineer left. The property was then unoccupied until December 30th when I found the boiler wouldn’t start. I rang South Coast Boilers and left messages on their office voicemail, emergency voicemail and sent a text to James. It’s now 6th January and I haven’t heard back from them. I was very annoyed by the way our fan replacement was handled. I am now disgusted that they haven’t responded to my call for help to the failed boiler they had been working on. I feel I was a loyal customer on two properties for 6 years but ultimately they weren’t bothered. I’ve never left a negative review for a company before but I want warn other potential customers of the lack of service to expect. I never saw the same engineer twice and the service gradually deteriorated. Definitely not recommended.
Updated 10/3/22 - I note the company's response. Just to clarify, our experience on the first couple of jobs meant we continued to use them despite increasing reservations which culminated in the final bad experience. I haven't had any missed calls, voicemails, texts or emails so not sure what communication method they were using to try to contact me. Our boiler is now working very well after being properly repaired by another company so way too late for further discussions. You chose to ignore my calls when the boiler broke down.

Can not praise the service and the team that installed and relocated a new boiler enough. They exceeded all expectations, helped on a few related jobs to get everything working. Nothing was too much trouble, every effort was made to deliver an complete house wide solution. Highly recommended.
