Excellent service - Boiler replacement
Konrad completed an urgent boiler replacement for me. He answered my calls/texts promptly, and came out in person to quote. He was punctual, answered my questions and explained the process clearly including potential issues spotted in advance, so I had the full picture. He was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received. I liked that he arrived when he said he would and worked tidily. The boiler installation was completed on time and I was impressed with the level of service. I will for sure keep him in mind for any servicing, heating or plumbing I may need in future.

I recently used KONI for a dishwasher installation and was very satisfied with the service. The technician arrived on time, was professional and well-prepared. The installation was done efficiently, with attention to detail, and they ensured everything was working correctly before leaving. They also cleaned up after the job, leaving no mess behind. Communication was clear throughout, and I appreciated the care taken to explain how to operate and maintain the appliance.
