We researched many options for audio in our business. Soundtrack looked the best -- by far -- so we gave it a shot. And we were 100% right. We've now been using it for about 3 years and it has been absolutely perfect. Intuitive website, mobile app, easily customizable... it does everything you'd possibly need.

We have tried multiple vendors and solution, and we keep getting back to Soundtrack there is no one on the market is offering such solutions and if they do, they are lacking in selection and library. and finally, the bare minimum setup and hardware required that can work with any system where some vendors require a lot of hardware to setup and run announcements.
In a nutshell you will never find better and that is from 12 years of experience.

Easy setup and it just works. Being able to import playlists from other sources made life a lot esier.

The different genre of music is outstanding!

I like that all sales points can be managed through web. Good variety of playlists available to choose from. The player hardware is reliable.

Rich integration through their API, quick and kind support, and they are always adding new features and caring about their content. Can't ask for more! :)

This is the most s*it awful streaming service I have literally ever used. I cant find any of the bands or artists I like. I fu*king hate it! HATE IT! Also its fu*king slow and you cant use it with lap top, except to stop or skip song. If you consider a spotify type of easy to use streaming service for your business, dont even consider this piece of crap. I mean, what the fu*k where they thinking when they made this fu*kin abomination.

Super easy to use (very similar to Spotifys app), has great pre-made playlists and has pretty much all the songs that we want to play.

Very poor music selection.
Looking through the play list they look good but once you sign up, you realise how limited the play lists are. Christmas play list, lucky to be 2 hours of Christmas music unless you have the same songs play in different genre like jazz or instrumental.
Also the volume doesn't remain stable, one song is loud then another is quiet thinking its stopped because you can barely hear it.
Disappointing and we will be closing the account.
We have spoken to your sup[port about the sound issues and nothing was done. Your play lists are the same songs, 30 playlists but they only have a very limited library..... I don't need 30 different versions of Santa is coming to town, there are 1000's of Christmas songs, just not on your playlist. But thanks for the reply, it changed nothing.
