Great crew at the Sound shop!
Very nice staff and very helpful. They arranged next day delivery of my guitar just in time for my son's lesson. Very prompt with sending me on my options too.

A Pleasant Shopping Experience
When ordering the Excelsior Bretagne accordion by phone I was impressed with the level of service. My questions regarding the instrument were answered and Trevor made a demo video on the fly and sent it to me via WeTransfer. The accordion was delivered to my home without delay by GLS parcel service. I am very happy with my Excelsior Bretagne accordion. All in all my experience with the soundshop.ie was a pleasant one.

I had an exceptional experience! I was only waiting 4 days on my parcel, I was under pressure to have it for the Saturday and I got it on the Friday. Such lovely staff to chat to. It was my first time purchasing from this company and I will definitely be ordering again!
