The hotel is very dated
The hotel is very dated, rooms are small..Our room wasn't ready until 3.30, not 3.00. At breakfast they ran out of juice, I had to ask for bread to make toast. This wasn't a 4 star hotel.

Booked a 5 star hotel and Take That front area standing and got exactly what we booked and more, didn't realise breakfast was also included!! Really good and would 100% use again.

We booked for Billy Ocean and Marti…
We booked for Billy Ocean and Marti Pellow at Cannock Chase, a hotel and event package. We had a fabulous time and cannot recommend this venue more. I would have rather stayed at a better hotel though as there were more in the area to choose from. (We stayed at Days Inn).
Martina was excellent at sorting out my issues obtaining the parking ticket and venue tickets and replied to my emails promptly.

Bundl were good but hotel was poor.
There were no issues with the booking or administration on the part of Bundl but when the tickets said 'seating'we thought there would be seating and a separate standing area. However, lots of people in front of us stood up throughout so everyone had to stand to be able to see. It wasn't great for smaller people and children. Also the Macdonald Bear at Woodstock was expensive with rude staff and poor quality breakfast. Not worth the money.

Booked Thetford Forest with Nile Roger and Chic. The hotel was Allstars Golf and Country. Absolutely brilliant. The hotel was just perfect, staff were great, lunch and breakfast was excellent. The venue was very well organised and taxi to and from seamless. Certainly would replicate. First time I used BUNDL so let’s hope our experience is not a one off.

Fab-u-lous
All I can say is that we had a fantastic weekend. The hotel was gorgeous it was quaint, loved the rooms and no matter which way you went out of the lift you ended up at your room. It was very clean and the service and food were great. I have recommended this to a number of friends to stay in when in Manchester. The location was also very good. We had a steady walk to the stadium getting more and more excited along the way. I have no words for the concert other than it was fab-u-lous!!!!! It was great that you took the stress out of it all and my sister and I just had the best time - I would definitely use you again and would give you 20 out of a score of 10. Thank you for a wonderful weekend that I will never forget!!!

Humiliating experience
Bought a hotel package, package included a complimentary drink. We checked in and was given a card by the reception for our drink + 10% off further drinks
We went to the bar and ordered our drinks. A few minutes later we were approached by a staff member who asked for our voucher. We gave him what reception had given us. He told us this wasn't a voucher and the bar staff thought we were lying!!
Never felt so humiliated in my whole life. A very expensive experience ruined by that 1 comment.

We arrived early at the hotel
We arrived early at the hotel, who let us book in and go to our room, having offered a welcoming drink.
The music event was only two stops away on the underground - so very convenient.

Booked for take that and clayton hotel. The hotel was really good and in great location. Easily walkable back from the gig. And the system to check what we had booked and make requests was very busy.most important was reminding near the date what we had booked and where and how to find details and getting updates. Never done this before but actually streamlined and good value.

Paid over £300 for hotel in ticket…
Paid over £300 for hotel in ticket package, rooms dated, shower was blocked and had fiscies coming out of shower tray whilst showering. Hotel promised another night stay and refund but all we’ve been offered is £70 refund. Location also not based on venue of concert. Awful experience all round

The price of the hotel and concert on…
The price of the hotel and concert on the 27th I thought was expensive for the overall experience especially the gantry /hilton as the room had disabled toilet facilities and when the toilet was flushed it overspilled on the bathroom floor and the top of the seat ,the basin tap also leaked when used and the morning after breakfast wasn’t very good with anemic sausage’s and no toast ! And the staff were struggling!
