The hotel was great and the concert was the BEST!

Amazing experience, great hotel and concert experience went very smoothly no problems at all. If there was one thing worth mentioning is probably allowing check-in earlier than 3pm. We had an issue with checking into the hotel room due to a delay and we ran late getting ready due to that. Other than that the staff were very helpful and cooperative and gave us access to a separate area to freshen up and also took our luggage at the lobby.

I was unable to attend due to falling ill. I contacted bundl & notified them to be told that there was nothing they could do due to being so close the date I would be attending. Unfortunately I am unable to foresee the future to know when I will become unwell. The rest of my party attended to be informed by the hotel manager that he would refund one room due to my absence. I tried to contact bundl for the part refund but they refused to refund my room. I will never use this company again.

Booked the Weeknd tickets and a hotel bundle, hotel was nowhere near Wembley and was terrible!! Never again. Will book separately next time

I think the bundle is amazing. I had an amazing time at the concert that was a breeze compared to the hotel situation. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and this was not the problem as they were more than accommodating. However, my partner and I almost slept in the car because I never recieved any information for booking number. It was very stressful after travelling back from the concert and getting to the hotel at 12 midnight and then the hotel could not find any booking, we thought we would have to go somewhere else. We did not sleep until 2am as we got in the room for 1:30am. Thankfully, the hotel were so incredibly understanding and offered us an upgraded room for free + check out few hours later than 11am which was really kind.

The check-in was planned at 3 pm an we were told to wait 20minutes but ended up not receiving our room until 2 hours later…
The Hilton Olympia Hotel was not very well organized.
The breakfast was very good.
The room was semi-clean, an used towel was still in the bathroom..

From booking the event, hotel and concert itself. Was fantastic from start to finish

Booking and communication was very good and cannot be faulted. The cost on the other hand was so far over what we would have paid individually and no extra benefits, it was a rush to buy the tickets before sell out so we couldn't compare and thought it would have been a better deal but we overpaid ed on the bundle by a huge amount.

Had a fab time at Radisson Red for Lewis Capaldi - really friendly staff and easy from start to finish x

The Bundl experience was overall very enjoyable.
Communication from Bundl was excellent. I contacted Bundl customer service once, who were brilliant and solved my issue.
The hotel was very clean, breakfast was also excellent as were the checkout options.
We had an issue with our room on arrival, but the hotel offered a very favourable solution. That was the only “hiccup’.
The concert was awesome as well.
No issues getting inside the venue and the ticket communication from Bundl was great.

The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly and she dealt with my questions very well. Really looking forward to our trip to Liverpool to see Lewis Capaldi and our hotel stay which we had booked with bundl. Thank you for all your help.

I was a little concerned booking package from the U.S. but the customer service people at Bundl were always so responsive and answered my questions promptly. The hotel room was great and the concert tickets were in good location.

Experience was great. Lots of communication from Bundl regarding the booking. Plenty of reminders of upcoming event, what to do etc. Was hesitate as never used such a service before, but it exceeded my expectations. Will definitely use again.

Hotel was fantastic and the organization of the hotel and tickets was seamless.

Booked Marriot Piccadilly Manchester and Def Leppard Co-op Live bundle. Ticket process for gig fine. But never was there any information sent to me about the hotel, I had to chase it up myself, eventually they found a booking with my surname but no forename, as I was the first person to check in with that surname they let me have it. Not great.

We used Bundl to book tickets and accommodation to see Pitbull Blackweir in Cardiff.
The site was easy to use and kept you regularly updated via email.
Concert tickets come through on your ticket master account so make sure you use the email you use for ticket master when booking with bundl.
Hotel was lovely and an easy walk to venue.
Would definitely use again.

Great ticket and hotel package for take that in Manchester.
Only issue was i was informed we got a complimentary welcome drink at the hotel and the staff were not aware of this. I had to find my email and present it to reception so obviously some communication breakdown somewhere

Perfect! Booked for The Cure at Blackweir in Cardiff 24th June with Garden (VIP) tickets as Ticketmaster sold out. Link to Bundl was on Ticketmaster log in. (Partner provider) The experience and accomodation was 100% excellent. Very seamless and Mr Smith was unbelievable. Thank you Bundl will use you again. Perfect!
