I have just done my level 1 Reiki training with Sophie, after thinking about it for such a long time I was ready! It was such a beautiful day and the people sharing the space were there with open minds and actually I believe we were all meant to do this together. Sophie always makes every space she creates welcoming and also fun. What attracted me to her was the fact that she is the right amount of woo woo 😆 I knew I’d be in good hands if my logical mind kicked in!
I had a great day and would be very keen one day to also do my level two training with her. Thank you for being a safe space for us to explore these amazing modalities and making it easy to learn! Xx

I did the reiki level 1 course with Sophie. Sophie is very calming and a great teacher. She gets straight to the point and makes reiki accessible for all. She was the perfect person to start my reiki journey with. Having been attracted to reiki for a while, I’ve been looking for the right teacher. It was totally obvious as soon as I met Sophie that she was the right fit!

attended the vision board session on Sunday 22 March. it was a lovely space, small group.
i had never done a vision board before and it was fabulous.
we started with a meditation and sound bath to get us into creative flow. Sophie provided refreshments and all the tools we needed. highly recommend.

It was my first time doing a Subconscious Coaching session and Sophie made sure i was made to feel comfortable and understood the process. I approached Sophie & Soula through my partner's recommendation as a way to help me with my fear of flying. I can honestly say the session we had which included visualisation and the calming techniques and creating new beliefs was fantastic and helped me a lot with my fear of flying. I have continued to utilise the techniques since my session with Sophie and i have managed to take many more trips on planes. I would highly recommend Sophie & Soula if you have any limiting beliefs or fears that you need to get out of your head.

I have just finished a six week course with Sophie , tailored to what I needed within the time span . We covered so much over six weeks and every thing covered had a positive result and I can see moving forward how this has made and will continue making an impact to my life . I am so grateful our paths have crossed .

I found Sophie on TikTok whilst researching belief coding for my fear of flying—turns out, she was just a few miles away! From the moment I met Sophie, she made me feel completely at ease. Over three incredible sessions, I gained so much insight into my subconscious mind and the hidden memories fueling my fear and need for control. There were definitely some emotional moments, but they were exactly what I needed to clear and release. The ‘Human Compass’ technique completely blew my mind! Sophie’s compassion, understanding and guidance have been truly life-changing. Thank you for working your magic—I’ll be forever grateful! 💫

I met the lovely Sophie at her Reiki and Sound Class recently. Having never attended anything like this previously I was a little nervous but tried to keep an open mind. My life over the last three years has been so tough with many family bereavements, retiring and moving house happening all at the same time. Any opportunity to find some peace is always welcome and Sophie gave me that. The time went so quickly, the peace was amazing - I didn't want to wake up! Sophie is just lovely and so approachable - keep an open mind - you won't regret it.

I hadn’t had a coaching session like this before Sophie’s website gave a thorough explanation of that to expect & prepare. Sophie is really approachable and knowledgable.

I signed up for some Subconscious Coaching in quite a state! I was made redundant in August and after experiencing a lot of trauma over recent years, I was highly anxious, constantly stressed and always irritable. I was petrified at the thought of facing an interview and possible new job. It was as though Sophie waved a magic wand, like some sort of witchcraft- my whole mindset and beliefs changed following my sessions with her. I am so much more confident now, all the physical side effects of my anxiety have gone and I secured a new job straight away; by believing in myself! Something I’ve never been very good at. Sophie is fabulous! So friendly and puts you at ease instantly. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She really cares about your journey and I have followed up my sessions with some reiki which I will definitely continue.

A friend of mine recommended Sophie and I’m so grateful she did. I was looking for a (remote) Reiki session and tried Sophie’s Reiki Drum offer. I wasn’t sure what a remote session would feel like and I’ve never had a Reiki Drum session before. Even though it was a remote session, I felt the vibrations of the drum’s sound in my body. It was a very special and very positive experience. Sophie is absolutely amazing and the session gave me a lot of insights and left me feeling relaxed and glowing. I mentioned that I had a headache when we started and it was gone by the time we were done. That’s how amazing Sophie is. I can highly recommend working with her and can’t wait for the next session.

I had heard a lot about holistic healing and Reiki was always something I wanted to explore, but I was ever so slightly sceptical - however - meeting Sophie and how she made me feel so comfortable and at ease, she walked me through the process so I knew how it works and what to expect. I can say, it has helped me so much, and the ‘areas of focus’ I went in for have been unlocked and aligned. I will be making this apart of my wellbeing and self care routine for life now! I am hooked!

I don’t even know where to start with just how impactful Sophie has been on my life. Sophie’s calm yet highly focused approach has helped me in managing my limiting beliefs and in becoming a much more grounded, yet confident version of myself. Sophie’s magnetic personality always shines through and what I love about the work is that it’s done within a serene and supportive environment, allowing me to think openly and without judgement. If you’re looking for self improvement and something that actually works then I highly recommend Sophie!

An incredible human who strives to help humans better themselves or provides that bridging space to get over issues. With a range of various techniques all of which i have experienced to some degree, I have to say she is one of the most empowering therapists (for both adults and teens) that I have worked with!

She will also help you if you are stuck by identifying patterns or behaviours that are keeping you in certain cycles and encourage you to shift and change them.

Most important for me is if she cant do something she will say, she is not a cash grabber but a fear nabber and the more you work with her the more you clear.

Highly recommend and cannot wait to work with her again soon!

Sophie is amazing at what she does, she is calming, approachable, non judgemental and all the good vibes. She instantly made me want to open up, and I felt at ease.

The reiki made me feel energetically more aligned and in flow, I will definitely be having this whenever life gets too fast paced and my mind needs to be stilled or if I feel overwhelmed. I am in awe of the way she works her magic.

Belief coding was new to me but I was wanting to tap into my sub conscious and re program some old, limiting beliefs. The changes I have seen since have been positive and life changing. I am eager to have more but so far worth every single penny and more.

She’s the best at what she does and I will be going to nobody else in the future 🤍

I feel like with Sophie’s coaching, I’ve done more for my future self in 4 weeks than I had done in 4 years - honestly my mind has been blown (and reframed!!)

I’ve always thought I was quite a self aware, confident person - I’d been to therapy, I’d worked on myself etc but it’s like I just couldn’t work out/get over that last hurdle which turned out to be some limiting self beliefs. Those 4 weeks with Sophie not only made me see the hurdle there, but enabled me to FLY over it. I honestly can’t tell you how grateful I am - I’ve even found since the coaching, when certain situations arise, I’m dealing with them so differently. I’ve found out so much about myself, how I see the world, how I manifest (yes, it’s a thing - I can’t tell you how much I’ve manifested since seeing Sophie!!) and just how to fully believe in myself and the universe. Sophie has introduced me to the grounding and healing powers of reiki and sound baths. I now regularly attend her when I feel I need to order my thoughts or require some self care. Her calming and caring approach leaves me completely relaxed and ready for the best sleep which allows me to be fully recharged and approach life with a new sense of positivity. This is exactly what I want from her sessions. I would highly recommend her and have even organised group sessions with her for friends which she was so open and accommodating to do.
