My problem with a Trojan was resolved. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had to call the next day because the problem popped up again. However, they fixed it for good on the second day and the problem has not returned. Friendly and helpful service.

It took a little while to get there, it took 3 different phone calls. Overall, the tech guys were excellent and so patient with me. I have the app on my desktop and, should the need arise, I will definitely use it.

shawn and jack were great to deal with i had many reservations about letting someone remotely access my computer after being hacked.Jack especially went out of his way to help with all my problems and reassured me it would get resolved.I would highly recommend anyone with a computer problem to go too sosgeek they are masters at whaat they do.Jack is very patient and courteous and willing to do whatever it takes to get your computer working great.Once again thank you Jack

CORRECTING CONSOLIDSATED MESS
Consolidated replaced my motum but the tech keps saying this was not his area of expertise and he was right. Kevin spent several hours just to get my printer working. i still have 2 more issues we did not get to, we ran out of time. will try again tomorrow. i am confident he will be successful.
