For the past few years, my computer has been plagued by an elusive virus. Because I am a writer (with more than a dozen books books published), the virus proved to be a nuisance when it interrupted my writing. I learned to save everything after brief periods of writing because I knew the virus would take its toll eventually. I paid other computer specialists to eliminate the virus Every time, the virus returned (after I had paid for the repair). Desperate, I contacted SOS GEEK and found them to be the experts they claimed to be. For the first time in years, I have a virus-free computer!

I highly recommend SOS Geek. I have been a customer for several years. If I have a problem with my computer, all I have to do is pick up the phone and give them a call. They assist me right away. They remotely take over my computer and run all of their security checks and clean up any viruses.

Clearly stated the issues to Shawn and Kenny. Repair person must have cloning software. I bought new internal hard drive to have him install. Simple clone of old hard drive before installing new drive. He could barely speak english, had no cloning software. Couldn’t tell the difference between the external drive and the internal drive. Amazing

Jack was so patient and helped me when I had no idea on what to do. I have no computer knowledge and my son usually does it for me. My son is out of the country and I could not contact him for a while.
He helped through each step and it wasn't easy for him as I have no idea what I'm doing. He was patient and talked me through each step when I'm sure he wanted hang up the phone. Excellent customer service and knowledge of computers.
