FANTASTIC!! Ever since I found them, they have been nothing but accomodating and pleasant to talk too . They are down to earth when communicating with you and don’t make it seem like a business transaction but rather a conversation between two people. They also make sure that you are always updated regularly and notify you if anything happens. Especial thanks to Arianne! I received a call today from a customer representative, not Sev, who is supposed to deal with me only, explaining that your company had sorted one of my bad credit debtors however he expressed that I had not payed for the service, to which I had expressed that I made the first payment last week and the next payment due was the 16th of September. He then said he would call me back once he had checked. This is the second time I have had a call confusing me about who is looking after my account. Not very encouraging for me if my file is not showing that I am up to date on my payments.
Well as far as service and clarity goes I think ask for Sev as she seems to be the only one who can satisfy my over the top personality
