Remortgage with Paying Off Help to Buy
Getting a solicitor assigned to our case took a bit of time as we wanted to start the process of paying off help to buy early to make sure there were no issues. However, when we were assigned Arshana, she was very helpful in answering all our questions and would like to give her a mention for all her hard work. The remortgage went smoothly with no issues and she always replied to any queries quickly and kept us at ease through the whole process.

I was dreading the remortgage!
I was dreading the remortgage of my property, especially as I also had Help to Buy to settle. Sort Legal, in particular Tasleema my dedicated Remortgage Paralegal was absolutely brilliant. She knew exactly what she was doing, and although there are lots of documents to provide, she helped me through it all with ease. She didn't mind about all my queries and questions, and nothing was too much trouble. A smooth process, with a professional team. Highly recommend.

Remortgage - Having been in the industry for over 30…
Having been in the industry for over 30 years I’ve seen many different service levels when dealing with Solicitors, not all good either. I can confidently say that using Sort Legal was a breath of fresh air during the process. My case handler Stuart Brockle was excellent with his approach and updates on any questions which I put to him.
The overall experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend their services in the future.

I couldn’t have wished for more.
Definitely worthy of a five star review. I’ve often thought that Trustpilot should give 10 star ratings, so that if a company performed really well, but not quite top notch, you could award 9 out of 10, and so forth. If they did so, i would be awarding Sort Legal 10 out of 10. Or 100 out of 100. And so on. You’re probably getting the impression that I am really pleased with them. I am.
I was called upon to act as executor for my Father’s estate, and this included selling the house. We proceeded to do this without engaging a solicitor, but took the advice of a friend and used Sort Legal to act as our conveyancers. Amber was allocated to our case, and, assisted by Holly and Joshua, the three of them guided us through what could have been a minefield of technicalities, making it seem like a walk in the park. Dealing with each of them was a delight, nothing too much trouble, patient, kind and understanding at every stage, and always available with advice and updates as to how things were progressing. All in all, 1000 out of 1000.
