My order was delivered quite quickly after order placed.. I have ordered from them previously and product was easy to put together.

I have bought all my new office furniture from Songmics, the Vasagle range, it was so easy to put together, the instructions were very clear, any tools required were included, even mini screw drivers and there were spares of all fittings, including spare wheels for the office chairs. The furniture is all of great quality and is very reasonable for the quality. Everyone that visits my office compliments me on the furniture.

I ordered most of the furniture direct, but some items were bought through Amazon, as they were no longer available on their website.

My only criticism was one desk that was fulfilled by Amazon, had been delivered on a Saturday to a work office (I had marked no delivery at weekends) and they had left it outside. This issue was down to Amazon fulfillment as opposed to Songmics, luckily the landlord had arrived soon after the item, was delivered and took it in. I contacted them to give feedback and they responded at the weekend and even refunded the delivery charge.

Highly recommend the furniture, would definitely use again.

The shoe rack looks great and nicely fits all our shoes. I dropped one star due to a number of marks that were on the shoe rack due to transit damage, but Songmics sorted this in a professional way

Really delighted with these chairs, they are very comfortable and look good. Arrived sooner than expected which is always a bonus.

Would like to buy a couple more but they seem to be out of stock.

We are looking for some foot stools to go with them. These would make a welcome addition.

I love it! quick delivery, arrived in excellent condition, easy to assemble. My only suggestion is wishing it came in different lengths for extra storage, would've loved to have 1 or 2 more shelves for makeup. But it's an excellent product and perfect for a small space! Definitely recommend.

Nice book case but arrived covered in hair clippings all stuck to the shelves .

UPDATE

since leaving this review the manufacturer contacted me and offered to replace the affected parts. I declined saying that I had already put together the bookcase and cleaned it. They were very confused and apologetic about how this had happened and sent me some money back so overall happy with how this was handled.

Absolutely delighted with our balcony side awning from Songmics. Very speedy delivery with everything well packaged. And now fitted without any issues. It looks absolutely great. Great price too, there are very slightly cheaper suppliers but we chose Songmics for their slightly heavier material. I think we made a good choice.
