I had a fantastic experience ordering from Songmics. The dressing table that I spotted on Amazon was out of stock so I kept checking their home website. As soon as it came back in stock I ordered it (at 1:40am on the 17th May) It arrived at 14:36pm on the 18th May! I was kept fully informed via email and was able to track my order. It arrived in 2 parcels which is what I was expecting. Everything was intact, well protected with no damage. I was worried about the mirrored part, but it was very well protected. The dressing table wasn't as easy to put together as other Amazon reviewers had said, but I was doing it by myself and its fairly big and very sturdy. I had no issues with the actual design of it and all the pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly. All parts were present and all screws etc... were included. The light on the dressing table works perfectly and all-in-all it's exactly what I was hoping it would be. I also got £10 off so I was really happy with that. Personally, I'd be happy to order from Songmics again.

So far it’s been poor service. I ordered a couple of items initially to make sure quality was good and there was an issue with delivery I’d taken time of for it. Second time I ordered a bookcase and a coffee table and the coffee table is missing. It’s a shame because the items are well packaged and sturdy. So wine else stated the courier problems are their fault. They are their responsibility if they aren’t good enough you go with another one otherwise you lose sales.

Purchased something from Amazon on thier shop and guess what nobody contacts you as the package is missing with Evri... no help and taken 2 days holiday from work as said delivery today each time but surprise surprise it seems lost...avoid at all costs

Songmics scheduled a collection for my return. The courier never showed up but every day when I tracked the collection there was a message they could not collect because nobody was home. The labelled parcel for collection was waiting for the courier on my dostęp every they for three days. They did not bother to collect. Terrible service!

I bought three items from the company, two were excellent and I was happy with them. The third item was damaged and the company processed the refund straight away.

Purchased a trampoline from Songmics. Delivery was listed as 4-7 days, but it arrived 2 days later, which was pleasing. Full tracking details were provided. The trampoline is of exceptional quality and easy to construct. I would personally recommend this company based on my experience.

Love this company and it's products. I have about 4 units now and they are such value for money. Look more expensive and delivery was good.

Songmics refused to send a full refund for a faulty item purchased via Amazon, I was initially offered 20% and told to clean the faulty item, I explained the item was (RUSTY) and could not be cleaned, they then offered me 30% for the faulty item that was only 6 months old, after they then refered me to Amazon? so now I have to go through the process with Amazon, I am not happy with sellers customer service.

There was an issue with the shipping company but customer service reacted well offering an easy resolution. I will buy again for sure. Thanks

Great first shopping experience from Songmics.co.uk. Item arrived in 3 working days. Quality of item very good and well packaged.
Would definitely use again.

Ordered rattan furniture set only half package came had to chase it up and waited nearly a month for the rest. The Second package came with parts missing and couldn't complete set. Contacted them and am still waiting on parts, that offered measly 20 pound refund absolute joke of a company. Paid nearly 500 for the set lucky if it's worth 100, do not use this company bad experience from start to finish. Amazon are just as bad wouldn't let me post my review surprise surprise. Stay. Clear if you value your sanity and money.

Ordered a coffee table. The pre drilled holes don't align meaning that you cannot assemble the furniture at all. Useless. Ordered two items. Strangely one was delivered by Hermes and the other is being delivered by Yodel. Pay by credit card so you have more buyers protection!

Customer service number not answered. Emails not answered either.

Helpful, but not a great company.

I ordered through amazon, and ended up being charged nearly £90 too much for something I never ordered. Still not sorted so feeling a bit sore!

I would avoid ordering through Amazon, frankly. The amazon Songmics store is obviously less staffed than the physical website and as a result you have no answers to questions you ask via Amazon.

I also am still missing a product I ordered.

So all round, a bad experience but perhaps made worse by Amazon. The products themselves are nice, and they do reply to emails, so it's not all bad. Just depends on how impatient you are, and how much time you have to chase down incorrect orders!

Fell in love with the Vasagle furniture look in the photos on Amazon, decided I had to buy the single barn door cabinet.
I was annoyed that Amazon wanted to add £9.99 on for delivery so thought I'd check elsewhere & found Songmics had the full range of Vesagle at Amazon prices but with free delivery over £50 or so.
I ordered the cabinet, DPD's delivery service was excellent & to my door ( the package was too heavy for me to lift!).
I started assembly, found every piece was labelled to the instruction leaflet so it was hard to go wrong!
So assembly straightforward, cabinet's wood & metal components superbly made & final finish wonderful!
Songmics Customer Service superb when I contacted them on another matter & I will be buying more Vasagle furniture from them again very soon!!

As with the review below felt I should write one after reading all the horror stories... ordered 8 pieces for our new office on Monday evening, received tracking info the next day saying that delivery was going to be split between Hermes and DPD.

The 3 heaviest, and biggest items (desk, bookcase and large cabinet) arrived today via DPD, only 2 days after receiving shipping confirmation - great considering the situation at the minute. Checked all the boxes, and all items arrived in perfect condition with all the components.

Currently awaiting the remaining items to arrive via Hermes (apparently they are still awaiting the items at the minute, but the ticket and tracking has been created), but after this first lot I have to say I have none of the initial worries I did after reading some of the other feedback!
