I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a product from Sommer Swim, and I must say it truly lives up to the definition of luxury. The quality of the fabric is exceptional, and the attention to detail in every finishing touch is remarkable. Not only is the product a masterpiece of design and craftsmanship, but the customer service is also personalized and attentive, making every interaction delightful. I have become an enthusiastic fan of the brand and am already looking forward to my next purchase. Sommer Swim is a clear standout for anyone seeking top-tier, luxurious swimwear.
I have 56 kg and 1,70cm and my size is M tops and S bottoms.

These bikinis are incredible. Versatile styles, so comfortable, and not constricting at all. Cannot speak more highly of them!!!!! I love them so much. Can’t stop ordering.

I recently ordered swim bottoms in a size SM (which is my usual size in Sommer Swims bottoms) & they turned out to be way to small. I was surprised when I went to send back my bottoms that the price to return them was $15. This upset me considering the price of the bottoms are already expensive, and I was returning them with the intent to exchange, so I assumed I would be provided with a shipping label that covered the cause. This frustrated me, so I reached out to customer service.

Sarah from the customer service team was SO helpful. Not only did she take my request seriously and responded quickly, but she added the amount I paid to ship the bottoms back on to my store credit amount. She did not have to do this being that the store doesn't have an exchange policy, but she did it anyway out of good faith. I have been a Sommer Swim customer for a long time, and I was very pleased with my customer service experience!

I always recommend this brand to friends, and I am so happy that they put the effort in to make this situation right.

Acquisto un sopra non rendendomi conto che fosse separato dal sotto (il size guide trae in inganno visto che ti fa scegliere anche il sotto più adatto a te nonostante tu stia acquistando un reggiseno)
Allora compro al volo anche un sotto il giorno dopo
Arrivano e niente, il sotto sul dietro non torna affatto bene ed il sopra è deludente pure, non hanno coppe nè forme, niente di che insomma
Assolutamente non in linea con il prezzo pagato avvio il reso e sorpresa: non rimborsano e le spedizioni di reso sono a carico di chi compra (non esattamente in linea con le normative italiane).
Il prodotto non è all'altezza del prezzo pagato e mi si propone solo di prendere un altro prodotto del sito che sarà allo stesso modo deludente e scadente oppure posso regalare alla Sommer più di 200€ e fare il reso per avere poco più della metà di quello che ho speso come credito di uno store dove non comprerò mai più

AGGIUNTA POST RISPOSTA: sul Vostro form di reso, così come sulle policy consultabili online, mettete come unica forma di reso il credito sul sito. Non prendiamoci in giro, per favore. Ormai fra l'altro sono passati i termini per il reso. INDECOROSI.

My order number is 178402. My package has been stuck at the DHL processing at the origin for several days now. After contacting DHL myself, they had informed that the original invoice is missing and they can't process the shipment until that is recieved by the sender (sommer swim) I have contacted regarding this several times and even after 5 days, it still shows the shipment is on hold. Can someone from sommer swim PLEASE fix this asap? I had purchased this for a special event and even replacements would not be an option because what I had purchased in my size is now sold out online. So please help!!!

UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE no one has been replying to help me return my items that don’t fit me

This brand has horrible customer service and has charged me so much and fees when it is not clear on their website

Very helpful customer service - I asked about the time when a item will be back in stock and they answered promtly with the option to order it from the US store instead. The process of the order and payment was easy and trusworthy. I‘m looking forward to my order!

Bikini styles are so chic & unique plus the quality is top tier (so secure & not see through at all). I’d also say it’s true to size, but if you want more coverage I recommend to size up! Customer service is also really great. I had a delivery issue with the courier but Sommer Swim was very helpful in assisting me throughout the process. Already have 4 kinis from them and I’m already thinking about getting another one!

Totalmente delusa. Acquistato un costume da bagno intero, verificando prima bene le loro misure. Allora per capirci, sono 1,70m , 52kg, un busto taglia 2, un 38 pantalone taglia Italiana. Acquisto la loro taglia S del costumer perché avrebbe dovuto andarmi bene. Intanto il materiale non è elastico, perciò il costume effettivamente non ‘ci arrivava’ a coprirmi la parte sopra diciamo, ogni volta che tiravo a stenderlo per farlo restare in posizione, chiudendo bene i lacci, scivolava nuovamente in giù. A questo punto, subito lo rimetto nella busta originale, compilo tutte le cose interminabili sul foglio de ritiro (che tra l’altro è la prima volta che, quando compro qualcosa, il formulario di ritiro non viene rimesso in automatico nella scatola originale!) e mando il pacco (pagando altri 24,9€ di Poste Italiane) per averlo spedito all’indirizzo specificato da loro, in Germania. Fatto. Bene. Però da loro non sento più nessuna notifica, i soldi non mi vengono restituiti, il pacco con il mio costume dentro smarrito. A questo punto scrivo al loro servizio clienti e chiedo spiegazioni. Beh, devo dire che in due signore con le quali ho parlato tramite delle mail per oltre 2 settimane, nessuna non sapeva a dirmi più di tanto. Fatto sta che dopo 3 settimane alla fine da quando ho fatto io il reso della merce, mi arriva nella casella postale, a casa, il paco spedito indietro, dicendo che non è stata fatta la consegna per mancanza del destinatario e del indirizzo corretto. Al quale mi arrabbio ancora di più (anche perché se ben seguite il sito, vedete che un loro costume intero SomerSwim costa ben 170€ se non di più). Scrivo nuovamente alle signore spiegando tutto, chiedendo ancora una volta una finalità. Mi hanno risposto alle mail, però nessuna alla fine non mi offerto una risoluzione. Quindi ora mi trovo con quasi 200€ in meno, con un costume da bagno che non posso usare perché non mi va bene e con tanta ma tanta delusione per questa dita.

The cutest bikinis and amazing customer service!

I am so disappointed in this company. I bought a bikini top and did not love the fit once it arrived. The website makes it impossible to find a return address. I had to reach out several times to finally get a return address. I immediately mailed it to that address as instructed. It was just returned to me because there is no address found. Beware if you buy something direct from the website that you will not be able to return it.

I’ve received impeccable customer service from Sommer Swim on two separate occasions - they have assisted me to track down sizes across their stores, and also to make quick and easy exchanges when I’ve ordered the wrong size. Their team is second only to their incredible swimwear, which is the highest quality, so comfortable and flattering, and which I come back to every trip and every summer.

The marketing and social media brand strategy is on point but don’t been fooled the quality is terrible (shein vibes) and the bikinis are only flattering on an extremely thin frame not worth the price.

I recently purchased the Rocha bottoms with the Daria top. I recommend this combination for a petite frame (I usually wear XXS). They look great, feel soft and I feel supported for an ocean swim.

I recently have had surgery to remove endometriosis and have been conscious of wearing bikinis due to the scarring from surgery. But the way the bikini bottoms are designed, they cover all three of my scars perfectly!

I will definitely be purchasing again soon :)

I have been buying sommer swim since 2016. Amazing quality and original designs. I usually fit a standard sample size, and I get Small. Customer care is excellent, so I would definitely recommend. Everyone always compliments on my ss swimwear! ♥️

I ended up wanting to swap my size and reached out to the customer service team to help me do so. Sarah was incredibly attentive and helped me make a quick exchange so I didn't miss out on the product selling out. The colour is stunning, delivery was super prompt and the swimwear is all double lined which is amazing!! I personally am in between sizes so sized up with Sommer but love mine and wear it all the time!
