Super high quality shirts, big fan!
Super high quality shirts! Worth every penny, the Large is a perfect fit- not too big, not too small. I hope more of the existing colors come back into stock in that size, I will be ordering more.

I appreciate Solid State's transparency…
I appreciate Solid State's transparency around their material sourcing and supply chains. I bought my husband some of their t-shirts a few years ago and they've held up better than any other t-shirt we've bought.
As far as my experience with this specific transaction, everything went smoothly and arrived as advertised.

Shirt didn't seem to hold up
Shirt seemed to be of good quality. Wore it 3-4 times and laundered it 4-5 times. My wife just noticed 2 holes in the right armpit. Seems quite too soon for there to be holes in the shirt.

Hi Zach! I am sorry to hear your t-shirt got holes in it after a few wears. Early 2024, we got sent a batch of t-shirts that had this issue. All our t-shirts go through an intense wash at our dye house, and usually, if there are any defects, they will show up after this step. However, we only started finding out about the issue when customers began reporting holes after a few washes/wears. We immediately alerted our cut and sew to ensure the issue would not happen again.

I found Solid State through a StrongTowns Youtube video on sustainable clothing and their partners. Finding out that this company was in my backyard and they support other local businesses to me was a no brainer.

The shirts that I ordered arrived quickly and were neatly folded and packaged securely. I have worn and washed each one and I’m very satisfied with their quality. I like knowing that I’m supporting a NC business.

One of my shirts came completely unraveled at the shoulder seam after a couple washes.

The shirt fits and feels great
The shirt fits and feels great. Will definitely buy more of them. The only negative I have, is the color (Black) was not a true black. But for a undershirt it works fine.
