Solar Power Store Canada Anmeldelser

Needed a few small parts to finalize my installation and SolarPowerStore.ca was quick and efficient. I got the parts in a couple of days.

Great service, helpful staff. I got 23 44 x 89 solar panels delivered to my residential adresse . I was a bit scared of how everything would be packaged. I was surprisingly pleased. Very carefully stacked on a pallet with no excess cardboard to get rid of. Not a scratch on my panels.

I will do business again.

Made several orders with this company. They are quick to respond in chat and willing to provide with a custom quote for
Shipping to your address.

Will keep buying as long as service continues this way

I ordered a large inverter and it was delivered on time and in excellent shape.

Rozen knocked it out of the park (super helpful and knowledgeable!)

Delivery date inaccurate. Ask for full payment at the order.

I wanted to give you some feedback before starting a project with Solar Power Store. They are great at communicating and are always on top of every problem I have encountered. If I had a question, they answered it immediately and helped me find a lender with 0 interest. I'm super happy I have chosen this company and will keep you informed about the outcome. All I can say is that the "Solar Power Store" is awesome!

I had a last-minute order, needed it quickly so I called in. They totally bent over backwards to help me fulfill my order ASAP. Fast and friendly service, I'll definitely be back here again for future orders - hopefully not rush order next time! Great product selection and prices.

Fabulous caring concern and fantastic service

Excellent 300ah lifepo4 heated battery.

100% 👍

as an adherent of all this hustle around nature, i got to say that i have chosen solar panels as the main source of energy deliberately, i'd say consciously.
i searched this website for certain type of solar panels and it seemed to me that i found what i needed. but no... after making an order and receiving 15K hybrid inverter, i understood thath it wasn't something that i need.
description of the inverter wasn't exhaustive enough for me, but... at least the delivery was quick.

Delivery was quick and packed properly!!

Correct order was received, very well packed with 8 solar panels, 3 Goose racks, a Lux 6K and some bits and pieces, no damage, nothing missing.

The goose rack was not cheap, but very well made, with high quality material... assembly instructions could be a little better, but we figured it out.

Love these guys

i had bought a faulty inverter which, albeit after quite some time, the company ended up replacing for free

Great prices. Helpful support through emails.

Was happy to see a reasonably priced ground mount for sale. I did not understand the pre order tag on the website, so reached out via chat. Whoever was on the other end was able to facilitate the purchase. Purolator messed up somehow and my delivery was delayed by a few days. Glad I did not rent equipment to install. Overall I’m happy that the store exists as a resource.

My shipper was going to be in this area and order was processed quickly for pickup

Ordered an item online after careful review of the return policy, including the stated “Free Returns” on the checkout page and detailed review of the linked return policy. Project ran into a major cost increase on certification and had to be cancelled days later.

On return request, I was then told that I would have to pay both shipping and a 20% restocking fee, despite no mention on either in the refund policy document.

On return, I waited more than a week after confirmation that package was delivered without a refund. Finally had to reach out again to get my partial refund.

Online sales are contracts. If you can’t trust a company to adhere to the agreements they write, I wouldn’t trust them on much of anything else.

EDITED - August 1st, 2024: After conducting extensive legal research, I determined that I was justified in demanding a full refund and send a subsquent demand letter with my legal justification and stated a lawsuit would be forthcoming should the company refuse. At this point, the company admitted to being previously aware of the issue with improper refund policy documentation and provided a full refund.
