Excellent Python games programming and AI & Machine learning courses with clear, practical teaching and well-structured content. Tarek is an amazing teacher, highly supportive and patient. The training was highly valuable and helped build both confidence and technical skills for my 13 years old son. Rod from the Enrolments team is professional and quick in addressing any issues. I would highly recommend Software Academy.

I enrol two of my children and what I can say is I am paying far more than what software academy is giving. Even during the holiday when there was only a class in the entire month I still have to pay.

Firstly, I’d like to thank you for trusting us with your children’s education and for enrolling both of them with Software Academy. However, I’m not entirely sure what you meant by your comment that you are "paying more than what the Academy is giving."
Our programmes are designed to provide students with an accredited NCFE qualification upon successful completion of the course. Your children are currently around halfway through their learning journey, so they have not yet experienced the full programme or its long-term benefits.
If your concern relates to the quality or content of the training your children have received so far, I’d like to reassure you that the structure and curriculum of our courses have been carefully designed by our CEO, who is a Senior Lecturer at a university. The courses have also been reviewed and approved by NCFE as part of the accreditation process.
If there is a specific concern regarding your children's experience, I would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to discuss it with you. Please feel free to contact our friendly admin team, and we will be more than happy to listen, answer any questions, and assist in any way we can.

Amazing trial.
I had a trial with Sachin Ganapathula and it was amazing. He taught me the basics and made it really fun and interesting. I am considering joining Software Acadamy very much, i recommend for anyone that wants to start learning to code/making games and wants a good tutor to guide them.

He loves the tuition and both tutor he has had this last two years were brilliant. Able to managed group of children in a gentle manner while keeping them on track.

The communication and web form request could benefit from some improvements.
While the educational process at Level 1 is commendable, we have noticed that subsequent communication has not been as prompt as anticipated. The form for new course requests currently lacks sufficient detail. Additionally, payments are being confirmed without prior confirmation of the course's day, time, tutor, or level. We have also observed that email responses do not consistently meet the high standard of excellence we have come to expect.
