Spent 4500 on a cream fabric sofa and waited 12 weeks for delivery. This was postponed 3 times and I was given different delivery dates online and over the phone.

Sofa finally arrived and once bought into the house I noticed two large 2” oily mud marks on the fabric. The delivery guy took photos and allegedly reported this damage. I was handed a cleaning cloth by the delivery guy who watched me clean the stain myself and luckily the stain came out and dried back to the correct colour.

Reported by the delivery driver and myself to SOFOLOGY and not heard a single thing back from them. Was asked to fill in an online “how did we do” feedback form which I did highlighting once again the stains on my brand new sofa. Again, not a single line of communication or apology back.

Nice sofa. Delays I understand. Comms could be better/consistent. What I cannot accept is the fact this has been flagged three times and no one has had the decency to acknowledge the problems with my brand new sofa.

Went down to our local store and wasn’t pounced upon(which was a great start)
When the sales guy approached,he was simply polite,friendly but without being pushy etc
He knew what he was talking about and just genuinely helpful!
All in all a great experience (which these days is unusual)

Said hi when entered the store but given time to look at the sofas. When we wanted more information, the team asked questions to understand what we wanted and helped us narrow down options. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Nicole served us with the perfect blend of friendly and informative. She was an expert in the conversation and informative without appearing pushy. So good we bought 2 sofas when we had come in for one

Not happy with the staff- The Communication from the staff is really poor. They should have informed me that we will submit your application for the finance, to 2 different companies. I was not at all aware that they will submit it to 2 different companies.
Also, they are not bothered to reply to my emails.

Staff were very polite and helpful everything explained to us how to keep it clean and all extras that go with it would recommend

We visited to just see if anything suited us with no intentions of buying that day. There was no pressure from the staff which made us feel more comfortable. When we did have questions Seb was very helpful but still made us feel that we had time to decide.

The customer service guy was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. The prices were comparable with other outlets. The service was quick.
My only issue is that when I rang the Orpington branch to change the colour of the sofa and chair I was unable to get through. However, the Thurrock branch was able to deal with it quickly.

Daniel was great and talked me through all the features of the new sofas. Bought a 3 and 2 seater recliner plus warranty all for a great price.

He showed me other options but went with the best sofa which had all the features I required (height, lumbar support, charging ports, reclining, new material etc).

He even listened to the family banter with my teenage daughters and giggled on cue which was great. He even had an understanding of our hair plight which was great, and offered handy product care solution to counter this 😀.

Great shopping experience with a knowledgeable rep. Never been to this store before but would definitely buy from you guys again. 10/10 rating to the staff at the Orpington branch!

Really personable experience with Sebastian, no pressure to buy but very informative and open to all questions and change of minds that we had. The whole team were really kind and friendly even when our two boys were running around and bored.
