The whole process from first viewing online, to visiting the showroom, to ordering and negotiating two delivery addresses, to the actual delivery and the quality of the sofas and the help of the delivery guys - everything was really good.

Delivery was easy, efficient and quick and it fitted into the narrow doors of our cottage. The sofa came fully wrapped up and with everything on apart from the feet but it was still in great shape when unwrapped and its very comfortable. Feet were easy to attach! Measurements were perfect and allowed us to fit it perfectly into a space. Colour is lovely and definitely forest (true to pictures).

Great product, super comfy and high quality fabric. Looks just like the pictures online.
No fault of sofah, but terrible service from courier. Didn’t show up first day, then they lost it, then said it was damaged and finally when it was delivered they dumped it in the room and didn’t give me chance to inspect it for damage let alone take away the packaging as promised.

We popped in to the factory shop to look at chairs before we bought one. The staff were really helpful. We're very happy with the chair we bought (Archie). It's comfortable and well made and looks great in our kitchen.

We bought a “clear out” sofa at a massively reduced price. Looks completely brand new, really well made and very comfortable. Matching foot stool, couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

From the viewing to the ordering and through to the delivering we had no problems at all. Hand built furniture from placing the order taking just under 4 weeks is pretty impressive. The furniture itself is very comfortable and they are local to us so if we have any issues we can go and see them.

Ordered my sofa the process was very straight forward and I was always kept in touch about when my sofa would be delivered it was delivered very quickly got a call from the transport company and they were on-time.The only issue I had was that when delivered they would not help me take it up a flight of stairs because they would have to take the packaging off and they were not insured if the sofa got damaged.so I was left with a sofa outside my flat on the ground floor luckily I got some help. Very disappointed but apart from that sofa is comfortable and I would recommend..

We ordered 2 + 3 sofas after visiting the showroom.
They were ready ahead of the planned time.
They are just lovely! The fabric, the style, the comfort. All just perfect.
Communication with the office was clear and vert helpful and delivery happened just as promised.
The quality of the feet is very good and we are more than happy with our purchase.

Sofa come and was a completely different colour to the swatch I ordered previous to purchase To be 100% sure on what I was ordering, the sofa also arrived a day later than the date scheduled with only an hours notice. I wasn’t advised that the Colour can differ. After speaking to someone via email about the completely different colour sofa they had sent me I was offered four scatter cushions as compensation! After decorating my front room two days before delivery to match the sofa I was more than upset! I wouldn’t buy from this company totally unhelpful.

I saw the post advertising sofas and chairs from a company in Lancashire. I went to the website and liked what I saw. I sent for fabric samples as both myself and my wife could not decide on two colours. The samples arrived and were of good quality velvet. We chose the green and ordered the Josie 2 seater and chair. We were informed that the sofa was available within 2 weeks and the chair 4 weeks. We paid for our purchase online and eagerly awaited delivery. The company contacted us to confirm delivery dates and nearer the day an allocated time window. The product came on time, securely wrapped and arrived in a snow storm in January. They unwrapped it and examined it to ensure no damage. They took away the packaging and secured the legs and moved it to where we wanted it. It is so comfortable and stylish. The chair came as promised 2 weeks later and is superb. The quality and build of the furniture is brilliant and we are delighted we chose a local British company to make our purchase. We were inspired by the colour of the suite to decorate our living room in a similar shade as the velvet. We were quoted 20 weeks waiting time by other stores and large well known sofa companies so 2 weeks for a sofa and 4 weeks for a chair was a no brainer. Best purchase we have made in a long while. 100% recommend to others.

They fit into the sitting room beautifully, really nice.
They would have scored 5 stars, but they are a bit firmer than I expected…

Ordered a fabric sample which arrived very quickly. Colour was perfect so ordered Armchair. Delivery was confirmed and arrived exactly as advised. Chair quality is excellent. Very comfortable and clearly well made. As a first time user I will be using you again.

Super quick delivery and excellent communication from Sofah and their delivery partner. The Archie sofa is so supportive and the simple, modern design looks great. The Fifi cuddler is just like sitting in a giant hug with the soft and squishy velvet cushions! I would definitely recommend Sofah and wish we had more room for another piece!
