We stopped working with this company after just a few weeks. After what looked like a positive start everything went south - poor communication, lack of strategy/plan, changes in managers and inaccurate work.

The staff take great care of you
The staff take great care of you, always available to chat about any tiny thing I might need. The way they describe social media is so easy to understand. They don't use confusing tech terms to entice clients, they speak like a normal person that's having a normal conversation but you can tell these people ARE NOT NORMAL! They are geniuses!!

They have definitely helped us establishing the brand! Charges have been cost effective, so all good.
We use them for 4 platforms, I would urge them to also take on board TikTok as we administer this ourselves
